Just wow. Extremely rude and disrespectful staff. Only one young lady there is kind. Everyone else should be fired. Including personnel in charge. It’s really sad, I have never felt the need to write this kind of review for any other place that I’ve ever been to.

Not good at all, ordered a package for my birthday almost a month ago. Never got anything went down a week later to check and they said it’s coming tomorrow. Never came, it’s now been 3 weeks and still haven’t received anything at all. Went down again almost 5 days ago and they told me it got stuck in Nebraska and would be here today or even yesterday. Still nothing what so ever. What is going on? I’m tired of it getting delayed by 3 days everyday. I payed $100+ on my package and I should’ve had it 2 weeks ago.

Terrible customer service. The workers I have encountered were not helpful and beyond rude, most likely need a psych eval, should definitely not be working a customer service job with such bad attitudes. Do better USPS.

I've been a Vestal U.S.P.S. customer for many years. Have always received 4 Star treatment. Just a shout out to Sharon, Aaron and Katy who processed my recent Passport app. with their usual efficiency and good humor. You guys are THE BEST!

Driver won’t deliver packages just says delivery attempted when he never even goes up the drive way!!!! The post office should pay for my gas for driving over there so many times.

Why is it okay for the Post Office to tell me to come 10 minutes early to my appointment… but then they’re more than half an hour late to help me? Don’t go here for your Passport.

I waited behind 4 other people to get to a customer service window. I asked the female service person for a pen to write an address on an envelope. She told me to get back in line. So I used the pen on a chain to write the address on the envelope. It took 15 seconds. She refused to serve me and called the next person to the window.

Beyond angry. I live in a mobile home park where packages don’t get delivered to your door. Your mail person is supposed to leave a card in your mail box to say we have your package, come get it. Well, Congratulations to my not so bright mail person, you failed to leave me a card after waiting 10 days for that package . I even physically went into the vestal Post office and asked if there was a package, nope. Today I find out the package went back to the sender because “ not picked up code”?????? Not picked up because no one put a package card in my mailbox. I think it’s utterly ridiculous that the post office doesn’t deliver box’s to the mobile home park? Apparently they don’t leave package cards either. You had one job to do.

I think there are 3 ppl there that ACTUALLY know how to do the job! I went to pick up my package with my husband the person did NOT ID me. Got back home only to realize he gave us someone elses package. I gave my ID to my husband and he went back to return the one box & get the correct one.1. The guy who gave me the box blamed someone else for the screw up. When my husband seen that same man hand me the box in the 1st place.2.Even after looking at the package and both ID'S he questioned why it was the "wrong" package. The apt number and name where TOTALLY different and he still failed to notice with it right in front of him.3. A woman behind the counter gave my husband a awful attitude and QUESTIONED him of "what did he do to me to get my id from me".. Meanwhile we where BOTH there 15 mins proir!Thankfully a wonderful gentleman who is a regular and PAYS attention KNEW we where JUST there and stuck up for my husband. This is the SECOND time he has come back from the Rano Blvd location being treated like this. Meanwhile we are both in there picking up packages regularly and ONLY the regular 3 workers don't give any issue or make mistakes.

Sadly I have to report if you want things actually shipped do NOT go here. I have tried many different people in this post office and they are incredible rude and unhelpful. They do not ship anything they dont want to be bothered with. I Go to Endicott now and they are sweet and help you and dont insult you when I've been shipping packages for years and years. I have never been so poorly spoken to and have been refused to ship things because they didnt want to. But I have gone many places and all have said they dont understand why it has been such a struggle to have my items shipped. If your looking for a great location that knows their job I would go to endicott. I didnt post before because I had hoped it was a one time deal and instead it has now been 5x and it costs me more money to go to endicott everytime but when I can get my products shipped with no hassle no rude comments no rude people it is worth it. I do not recommand here.

They never answer the phone. Never. My package was not delivered due to "no available access for delivery. What does that mean? How about our nice size rural mailbox OR put packages in front of garage doors in driveway where USPS has put larger boxes for the past 42 years!
