eveytime I've come here it's always been a pleasant experience.
but this last time I went was truly exceptional. I sent my mother a care package . August 3rd. it never got delivered 2 weeks later. so I go with all my necessary info to ask for a copy of the receipt. Sharon printed it right out for me and I was on my way.
so I look up the tracking number and see it was delivered 2 days after I sent it but it was never received by my mom. so I get back in line and she goes above and beyond to help me find a solution. so now my mother has her package. truly appreciate you Sharon!

Does not allow you to speak to a person to resolve mail issues they themselves caused. Utterly useless.

Seeing a 2.3 average review is surprising. Every time I've gone down to ship for my small business they've been incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. This goes for all the employees. I really appreciate how close the location is to my house. My only complaint would be the parking. It can be tough to get out of the lot when there is a lot of traffic, but that does not reflect on the service that I receive there.

Just wow. Extremely rude and disrespectful staff. Only one young lady there is kind. Everyone else should be fired. Including personnel in charge. It’s really sad, I have never felt the need to write this kind of review for any other place that I’ve ever been to.

Not good at all, ordered a package for my birthday almost a month ago. Never got anything went down a week later to check and they said it’s coming tomorrow. Never came, it’s now been 3 weeks and still haven’t received anything at all. Went down again almost 5 days ago and they told me it got stuck in Nebraska and would be here today or even yesterday. Still nothing what so ever. What is going on? I’m tired of it getting delayed by 3 days everyday. I payed $100+ on my package and I should’ve had it 2 weeks ago.

Terrible customer service. The workers I have encountered were not helpful and beyond rude, most likely need a psych eval, should definitely not be working a customer service job with such bad attitudes. Do better USPS.

Beyond angry. I live in a mobile home park where packages don’t get delivered to your door. Your mail person is supposed to leave a card in your mail box to say we have your package, come get it. Well, Congratulations to my not so bright mail person, you failed to leave me a card after waiting 10 days for that package . I even physically went into the vestal Post office and asked if there was a package, nope. Today I find out the package went back to the sender because “ not picked up code”?????? Not picked up because no one put a package card in my mailbox. I think it’s utterly ridiculous that the post office doesn’t deliver box’s to the mobile home park? Apparently they don’t leave package cards either. You had one job to do. I am disabled and I don’t own a car. It cost me $17 round trip Uber to get to the vestal Ny location. One time I sent my son who’s name is on the mailbox, he had my ids in hand and some lady accused him of stealing my ids. Please don’t let people like that work for the postal service.

Why is it okay for the Post Office to tell me to come 10 minutes early to my appointment… but then they’re more than half an hour late to help me? Don’t go here for your Passport.

I've been a Vestal U.S.P.S. customer for many years. Have always received 4 Star treatment. Just a shout out to Sharon, Aaron and Katy who processed my recent Passport app. with their usual efficiency and good humor. You guys are THE BEST!
