Justin was so wonderful! I came in looking for a new signature scent and felt overwhelmed due to my lack of knowledge. Justin sensed that I needed help and went absolutely above and beyond; assessed my needs and preferences, and gave me a "tour" of the scents that would work well for me. To my surprise, I ended up trying out some that I hadn't previously considered, and really liked them! Justin was so thoughtful and knowledgeable, and answered my questions about each scent with ease. I am so appreciative and hope that Ulta knows what an asset Justin is for them!

I went and got my eyebrows and lip waxed by Christina. She was absolutely amazing, she took her time and made sure my eyebrows looked perfect and they do! She also was very sweet. I will definitely go back to her, highly recommend!!

Got my eyebrows laminated shaped and tinted yesterday by Christina, she did an awesome job! They looked great and they look even better today! I Highly recommend her she was very friendly, she’s great with eyebrows, and the products she recommended work amazing! I also had my 7 year old daughter with me and Christina and another young lady that worked there helped her stay occupied while I got my eyebrows done which was very nice of them.

I got my eyebrows done by Christina and I am so in love ! She did a shape, and lamination! This is my second time getting my brows done with her and I LOVE HER ! Definitely returning again 10/10?

Over priced inexperienced salon. You definitely don’t get what you pay for. Management is horrible as well… should know what appointments inexperienced employees should have. $142 and 4 hours later I walked out looking he same as I did walking in. Save your money go elsewhere !!

Don't go to this salon as they hire young and don't offer them help to get it right. Cost me $142 and 4 hours to walk out of the salon not looking any different than when I walked in. I called management to request that they provide more knowledge to younger inexperienced employees or flat out say, I can't help you -- save your money go somewhere that you know has the expertise or do it yourself!! I've never call and complained about a hair service before this time. hopefully I can save someone money. horrible horrible horrible experience- make me sick I spent that much money for nothing...

I find that sometimes certain things aren't well stocked but the employees are extremely helpful, kind, and cheerful.

Marissa has been doing my hair for the last year, and I won’t go anywhere else! She is very personable and does an amazing job on my hair every time. She always asks questions to ensure that she does my hair exactly how I like it. Additionally, compared to other salons in the area, the pricing at the salon is extremely reasonable. I would highly reccommend! :)

Holly is extremely unprofessional. I booked her for brows and make up weeks in advance for a really important event. She decided to prioritize another customer and push me off on another employee. Needless to say, I canceled my appt and will not ever use this company’s services or shop here again and will also tell all of my friends and family not to go here!! Definitely getting racist vibes smh
