“My experience was great! The employee (Jason, I think?) was so nice and accommodating. I underestimated the size I would need and the amount of time. He checked if any other trucks were available, and I was able to size up and extend the number of hours I signed up for! He was so helpful! Highly recommend this location!”
“The guys really went above and beyond for me. I randomly pulled into his location with a trailer from another location that had a blow out. The district manager came out with a new tire and had me back on the road within in 20mins. That blowout could have potentially cost us thousands of dollars had we not been able to make it back to NJ to return all the equipment in the trailer before the places we had to go to closed. Would have been stuck with Van, trailer and equipment all weekend. Really saves us! These guys are amazing!!!”

“This place in Vestal NY is the best. Everyone and I mean everyone knows their job. I wish others ran there business this well. You can call anytime with any question and the person answering knows how to help you and doesn’t just leave you on hold. The rates with out ins seem a bit high but it includes all mileage. So a long trip they would save you money. Their cars are new and top notch so you don’t need to worry about break down. Plus they have places all over. They were so helpful when the Ins Co try to make it complicated. They also honored the Ins price when we needed it longer to help with cost. They are remarkable and a well oiled machine of a company. I totally recommend them and if ever needed will rent only from them. If I could give this place more then 5 stars I would. Oh the cars are immaculate. Thank you so much all of you at Enterprise in Vestal NY. You all are the best.”
