We stayed two nights. Asked for the room to be cleaned for the second day, but it wasn't. No blanket provided for the bed, only a lite duvet cover. Staff was sweet and apologized when we checked out. The hotel and room was clean and modern. Good shower, hot water and strong pressure. The room temperature was good through the night. There is a good black out shade over the window that kept the room nice and dark. The free breakfast bar had real hard-boiled eggs, real scrambled eggs, multiple healthy milk selections, grains and condiments, which was impressive compared to the free breakfasts offered at the many nearby hotels that we have stayed at over the years. It's not a five star hotel, but it is the best choice for the Binghamton, Johnson City and Vestal vicinity.

Emily and her entire team made my recent stay so enjoyable. All of my interactions with staff were wonderful, they truly went above and beyond to make my stay a great one. The room and the entire hotel were extremely clean, I highly recommend them for your next stay.

We needed a last minute room and had no problems here. The gentleman at the front desk was polite and helpful. The room's are a bit different than most hotels I suppose. No hotel is perfectly clean, ours was average and the price was reasonable.

Reserved online at same time I walked into lobby. Went to desk to ask if they could just finish the check in process since I was currently getting confirmation online, which my wife did.Associate at desk was friendly but says they have no rooms left. I mentioned how is that possible when there are only 6 cars in the lot out of 100 spots. Lobby was empty. He says maybe the online site was not updated so he couldn't give us the room we had confirmation for online. I pressed him to explain and he said they were "sold out". I said I found that surprising since the property appeared close to empty. No more than 10 percent of rooms with lights on and no cars in lot, no buses, etc. I called Hilton online and they tried to contact the property but could not get anyone to answer the phone. After a second try and escalation the customer service said they got through and the guy at desk said they did not have enough 'clean' rooms.I had moved on to a Marriott property and was already checked in when customer service said the Tru Binghamton management would contact me in less than 48 hours. No calls or emails as of a week later. All that to say. don't go here. don't stay here, since they are not truthful, cant get rooms cleaned and probably don't have good process in place to sanitize and clean the property overall.

I am giving this rating because I left a bag with a brand new sweater in my room. I call back and they said it was not found. A brand new Binghamton University sweater with tags. The staff had to have taken it. I will not return to this establishment that has staff that steal. Trminder whatever you do it will come back to you.

For this type of hotel it is 5 stars. If I was expecting luxury etc I'd probably say a 3.5.

Outstanding service that is unsurpassed.Well worth the stay.I LOVE the walk in showers and bathrooms with space.Rooms: Ample space. Roomy baths with walking showers.Nearby activities: This location is near nearly 20 restaurants. All types of culture, history and activities are within 5 to 15 minute drive. The university is down the road about a mile. The CIDER MILL IS OPEN AUG TO DEC.SUGAR LIPS ICE CREAM IS JUST MINUTES AWAY.Safety: Safe location and personally we're always available.Food & drinks: Coffee /tea was available 24h, and the coffee was great! The coffee/tea bar was refreshed every couple of hours round the clock.

Pet friendly, seems to be new, decor is not luxe but very clean, super friendly staff. No carpets, which makes this more pet friendly than most facilities that claim that designation. Could not understand why it said "2-star hotel," because aside from the lack of luxury in the rooms, they were all that any hot, tired traveler with dogs could ask. Added bonus: eco-friendly amenities in the bath, towels were numerous, clean and soft.Food & drinks: Lots of places to eat nearby, including national casual dining chains and (my choice) Panera Bread.

As a business traveler , I really cannot recommend. Rooms are very minimalistic only a rod to hang clothing on, and no closet. Walls are so thin. I felt like I needed to get up and tend to the children screaming in the next room. It was that close and that real. No coffee makers, no ice bucket, no cups. Wanted to give this Hilton brand a try, but it is a no sale for me.

Having the maid just walk into your room well before checkout is not a good experience. Beds are comfortable and location is good. Breakfast is pretty horrible though.
