Emily and her entire team made my recent stay so enjoyable. All of my interactions with staff were wonderful, they truly went above and beyond to make my stay a great one. The room and the entire hotel were extremely clean, I highly recommend them for your next stay.

We needed a last minute room and had no problems here. The gentleman at the front desk was polite and helpful. The room's are a bit different than most hotels I suppose. No hotel is perfectly clean, ours was average and the price was reasonable.

I am giving this rating because I left a bag with a brand new sweater in my room. I call back and they said it was not found. A brand new Binghamton University sweater with tags. The staff had to have taken it. I will not return to this establishment that has staff that steal. Trminder whatever you do it will come back... read full comment
