I have been a long customer of the endicott location
Today(July 5th 2024)
I walked in with my wife and pick up what I need
Got to the register ,the cashier (sophie) i think did not even greet us or asked us if we found all what were looking for ,not a word,she rang us up and took the money ,did not even say thank you or have a good day
I came back to purchase 6 chick's to add to the ones I already have
I aproshed the same cashier and ask her if she can help
She replied, that ,it will be a long wait until she can ,keep in mind ,no one was around and no one cashing out
I asked why? She replied ,quote (I am by my self here ,I said we'll maybe you should call for some help to help a customer ,she replied, oh well
Unprofessional and rude ,I have businesses in the southern tier and will never hire someone with that kind of attitude

Twice in the last two weeks I've gone to the Vestal store and tried to have propane tanks refilled and both times I was given excuses as to why they couldn't fill my tanks. the first time I was told it's too dark out there. there's no light but you can go to the Binghamton store and the second time it was only 6pm and I was told no because there was only 2 employees working. it's ridiculous they even offer the service when they're so unwilling to actually provide it when a paying customer Is there asking for it. I've had it with this store and won't be shopping there anymore. the staff is unprofessional and rude and clearly don't care to do their job.

Went to fill propane tanks and Nicole wouldn’t let us because it was dark out even though there would be light from the car headlights

They did have what I wanted, and what I did get was significantly more expensive than the last time I shopped here.
9-15-2023 got a wheelbarrow tire. Not exactly the type I wanted, and more expensive than I expected.

They have the cutest post-its, notebooks, etc. You would never expect it. Went for birdseed but came out with more.
