THE BEST Vet I’ve been to!! When my dog was in his last days and was suffering the usual vet we have been taking him to for ten years couldn’t get us in for a week but VCA told us to bring him in that day. They saved him and our family from days of suffering. They care about these animals and it shows! Thank you!!

Everyone is so kind and helpful. I have 3 dogs that aren't afraid to go to the vet because they are treated with such care and compassion.

Regrettably I had to have my best friend put to sleep on Tuesday. My collie dog, Max was 12 yrs 5months old. He was a great companion for me, and was always happy to see me, no matter my moods or whatever had happened to me.

First time dealing with this vet. Just got new kitty, Gracie, and she got sick and I needed an urgent appointment. They took me the next day. Katelin was awesome, so kind and compassionate. Dr. Tataryn couldn't have been more helpful. She spent a lot of time with me explaining everything. The desk staff was so courteous. I was late cause I went to the wrong vet in Vestal and they said don't worry about it. I'm a nervous cat mom and they went out of their way to make me comfortable. Gracie is in good hands. Thank you VCA!

Where do I even begin? The people at this clinic have been nothing short of amazing. Everyone who works here are so dedicated and helpful. They genuinely care about our girl and have gone above and beyond for us so many times. I couldn’t recommend them more!! Thank you so much for the great care you’ve provided to Daisy Mae and the support every one of you have given me during her difficult diagnosis. My dog has cancer and has seizures when her sugar gets too low. Thankfully it doesn’t happen often but it happened recently and I had my human baby with me. Very difficult to carry a sick dog and a baby at the same time. Tiffany came out to the car and helped me get my girls in the building without even being asked. She knew what a difficult situation this is and she just stepped up and made the whole experience so much better.

Everyone treated us and our dog like we were so special. They were caring, kind and patient. It was the first time we had met all of them and we lost our pet that day. It was a very difficult day but the love and warmth were all around us. I will recommend VCA and will bring my other animals in for a visit. Thank you for being there for us.

My mom recently had to put her cat down. The staff & Dr were truly compassionate & amazing to us when my mom's cat didn't go to this vet. They took my mom as an emergency case. I've never experienced such an amazing loving caring staff before. They truely are the best & i can't thank them enough for making such a painful day less tramatic for my mom.

I started taking my dog here and the place seemed fine.. at first. i have a 120 lb airedale that is 10 1/2 years old. He had a hematoma on his back toe so i took him to have it removed. The attending doctor took him in and looked at it. She told me it was cancer and had to do a cell test on it. After doing the test she came back in and said it was grainy and cancer. When i questioned it she told me that she was sure it was but then told me she really didnt know how to read the test!!!! I was so up set .. how can she run a cancer screening and tell me my dog has cancer when she doesn"t even know how to read the test?? She then told me they couldn"t do anything and to take him somewhere that could. That night my dog did exactly what i told her he would do and chewed it off his foot. I just called them to get his perscription for a thyroid pill he takes and they told me he I had to bring him in for blood work before they would give it to me. He"s 120 lbs and his hips are getting bad so I told her i couldn"t get him there. She then told me she wouldn"t give me his perscription. She didn't give me any alternate options and continued saying the same thing over and over obnoxiously talking over top of me and not letting me get a word in!!! DONT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE! THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEIR DOING AND COULD CARE LESS ABOUT ANYTHING OTHER THAN AN OFFICE CHARGE!!
