Had an excellent experience with our first visit to The Sleep number store. Kourtni, the store manager, was an absolute delight. No pressure sales trying to upsell my wife and me. Loved the product. Would definitely recommend checking them out if you're in the market for a high quality mattress.

She helped us to understand our preferences, an experience that can’t be matched online, and also gave us all the space we needed to process, explore, and make our own decisions. She was very knowledgeable and could answer all of our questions. Very friendly and informative experience.

We recently visited Sleep Number in Vestal, NY and had a wonderful experience. Please do not bother going with these glorified air mattresses. They make it out like you have this no risk in home trial but in the end you will be out $500 in delivery and return fees. Customer service sucks. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Where to start…Kourtni and her team at the Vestal, NY store are an amazing group! From the first time I walked into their store right through my experience today, Kourtni and her team have been incredibly helpful and responsive and have gone above and beyond to help in any way that they could. I would highly recommend this team and am grateful to them for all of their support.
