Knowledgeable staff, patient with all the questions we had and walked us through every model on the floor having us try each one and showing us how our pressure points changed with air adjustments. Can not give them more credit for their help. We now are extremely happy with our purchase and are sleeping great knowing we can reach out to the store with any questions at any time. We highly recommend this location and this brand of beds!

Great experience! It was nice to deal with an energetic well informed sales rep. We visited the Vestal store with very little knowledge of the mattresses. Lia walked us through and educated us completely. We went there not 100% planning on purchasing a bed. But after working with Lia we did purchase a bed. Now we can't wait until it gets delivered!

The staff is very helpful and nice. Very clean facility. Product demonstrations were very thorough. Beds are extremely expensive, but hopefully it will change my life, as others that have previously bought have told me. I won't know for over a month because I need to wait for a very expensively costed delivery.

This bed is very enjoyable we use a split king. The split king allows the individual person to raise and lower their head or feet as they would like and not interrupt the other persons settings. This bedding has been a wonder. We also enjoy the different pressures that you can have on your mattress as you feel comfortable with I would recommend this sleep number betting for anyone specially if you have some back problems it's very comfortable.
