“eveytime I've come here it's always been a pleasant experience.
but this last time I went was truly exceptional. I sent my mother a care package . August 3rd. it never got delivered 2 weeks later. so I go with all my necessary info to ask for a copy of the receipt. Sharon printed it right out for me and I was on my way.
so I look up the tracking number and see it was delivered 2 days after I sent it but it was never received by my mom. so I get back in line and she goes above and beyond to help me find a solution. so now my mother has her package. truly appreciate you Sharon!”

“I had ordered items which I had to return to vendor and they recommended UPS store and send me barcode so I don’t have to worry about return address or payment for delivery ! They have large parking lot and service at the desk was fast. The clerk took photo of the barcode printed receipt for me and I was out in less than a minute !! No one was ahead of me .. they have mail boxes and area to box your items also”
