(I am writing this from my husbands account) Crystal was the only good part of yesterday’s experience. Thank you to her for being so kind, she even apologized for this event which was not even her fault in any way. If it weren’t for her this would have been a one star review.So I come here all the time & normally have a fine experience. Yesterday, 8/18/23, I went in with a friend , got my product & some samples and headed to checkout. From there I was rudely approached by someone I assume is a manager , didn’t catch her name, accusing me of putting something in my bag. Even when I emptied my bag she insisted I must have stolen something & put it somewhere else , maybe in the pockets I did not have ? Not sure. Felt like a little bit of profiling to me. As I’m leaving the store , she showed me the footage when she realized she was in the wrong , to which I understood her confusion, but I would’ve expected an apology at the least. Even a little less attitude than initially but nope. My main issue with this encounter was her approach. Had she came up to me & simply asked me to empty my bag due to some suspicion, we could have had a much more level encounter. But since she was immediately hostile over simply an assumption, THAT is why I’m writing this review. Be more mindful next time. Your approach is everything.

Employee Collette at register 6/23/23 at 5pm extremely disgusting attitude. Didn’t offer help then when I asked for assistance was not very nice.

I've shopped at Kohls for years. But not anymore.....its amazing how being a long time customer of a store, means nothing. Long story short - I bought two items online, dress pants. I ordered dark. Instead of black they sent dark grey on each. Ok.....so Ill just return them. I received packages in the mail. I never opened them since I already knew they sent the wrong color. So when I returned them at the store - KOHLS KEPT 9.00 FOR EACH RETURN, A TOTAL OF 18.00 THEY JUST STOLE AND KEPT. That day before leaving store I talked to two people in store and warned them what Kohls did. They actually left taking my advice. Smart people. I will be advocating for people to avoid Kohls. KOHLS STOLE 18.00 FROM ME - SO IN RETURN I WILL MAKE SURE TO HAVE KOHLS LOSE CUSTOMERS, AS MANY AS I CAN. Besides going online and posting endless one star reviews, I actually talk people out of going to Kohls. KOHLS = A COMPANY THAT STEALS FROM ITS LONG TIME CUSTOMERS. I want my 18.00 back that you stole!!! This is what I get for being a long time customer. EMBARESSING COMPANY, WEAK LOWLY CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This store was filthy. Every dressing room had the most dust on a floor I ever saw. Including garbage, dirty masks and even p***** I don’t care how short handed anyone is, a broom takes minutes!
