To me, I've been visiting this branch during 3 years. All clerks are very kind and supportive except one. I don't understand why I was denied to get my money check even I have a great balance. (everyone can get it whenever they need)...One special worker painted the whole building as he wants. I don't want to say about this branch.

I do not understand why I have to wait almost a week just to receive a new debit card. That is something I should be able to go to any branch and get as soon as I need it

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I pulled in 20 minutes before the drive thru closed. I waited behind a car in the drive up for 15 minutes and when it was my turn a the teller shut the window up and walked away. I would have understood if I pulled up and the closed light was on or there was some indication they were not taking anymore customers. However, that was not the case. It was just plain rude and inconsiderate.

They were very courteous and very prompt on servicing me.. Handled my banking needs very professionally! :) Very precise on the phone , when asked about their Services as a people's bank! Will Continue to bank with them in the near future! :) Highly recommended when traveling from another city or state banking! :)
