Needed an item brought down for me. Asked customer service twice and waited 20 minutes and still no one came to help. Never coming here again. Don't waste your time just go across the street to Harbor Freight

-Called for 30 minutes.
-Stayed on phone while I drove there.
-Got to the store after 3 hangs ups and being put on hold everytime.
-Arrive to hardware section, find 2 old dudes standing there talking.
-Oblivious to my simple question.
This was at 8am in the morning with no customers or work being done in sight.

My refrigerator died two days ago. Yesterday morning I ordered a new one from the Vestal store specifically because I was told it was in stock and would be delivered today. Late yesterday, I received an email indicating it would be delivered this morning between 8-noon. This morning I received an email indicating that it would not be delivered until next Tuesday. From my perspective, this is a bait and switch in order to get me to purchase from your store. I am extremely dissatisfied (and without refrigeration in 85 degree heat)! Very poor customer service.

Bernie was a really great help and cheerful and funny man that works at Lowe's vestal. If you need anything ask for him.

I'd give this store 0 stars if I could! Don't go here! Don't buy appliances here!! My sister bought 3 appliances here. 2 of the 3 didn't work. One, a gas stove, wasn't replaced for 3 weeks, after multiple calls and misinformation. The dryer doesn't work and the store is so far denying that they can replace or refund. They don't return phone calls. They blame problems on the manufacturer. There is no intention to do right by a customer who spent $2000 in their store. Stay away!!!

Most times they have everything in stock that I need when I need it.Also the kids workshop is a fun way to spend time with the kiddos.My boys enjoy making the projects and feel accomplished afterwards while also learning valuable skills.Only downfall is my wallet takes a hit when I bring my wife as it seems we leave the garden section with one of every variety of plant on earth.

I I'm placing this review I wish I could give it zero Stars. I spent one hour and 45 minutes I hold waiting for an associate to answer the phone all was in vain. No one answered. I was trying to place an order for a customer. As a contractor now I look foolish in my customers eyes. I will not place any orders or buy anything from Lowe's at any time in the near future or the extended future. It seems to me as Lowe's has gotten so big that they don't care about the individual nor to their staff have any time for the customer. Furthermore I will not recommend anyone shop at the Lowe's and vestal New York. I shall also be ready the same review on Facebook and all social media.

My 84 year old friend came in last week to the vestal store and asked a associate where the furnace filters were, and his reply was THAT'S NOT MY DEPARTMENT!! What should have said was let me get someone to help you !! I think a store meeting would be a good idea ?
