Never been to an authentic hot pot so I wasn't sure how everything works. The waiter was nice to explain things to us but as far as flavor,it was lacking. this is a one and done type of place

They served us raw pork dumplings. I got sick after biting one before noticing they were raw. When I asked for a refund, they completely ignored me. Very scary.

Please, caution when ordering from here. BE READY TO WAIT! We placed a Door Dash order and were told that the order would be ready in 30 minutes. 30 minutes past the pick up time, we are still waiting for our order. This is absolutely absurd. The staff was very unprofessional. When I called to place a pick up order, half way through my order they asked me to place the order on Door Dash (so I had to make an account on Door Dash just so I could place the order). I would not recommend ordering from here if you are looking for a quick meal.

So hoping this was going to be great for our 25th Anniversary, but...nope. 6 of us were there, everyone else ordered their own meals, my daughter and I ordered the (supposed pre-prepared) Spicy Hot Pot. Everything else came out and we waited, and waited, and waited...over an hour for the Hot Pot. Everyone was done eating and had to wait for us. But the worst part was that it didn't even come with everything it was supposed to...i.e. no sauces or herbs or sprouts . Very very disappointed. The Red Door hot pot restaurant is amazing compared to this joint.

This place is located in the Olums plaza near staples and Kung Fu Tea. My friends and I were craving boba and stopped by KFT. As we were waiting for our other friend's Uber, my friend and I decided to get dinner while we were out and saw the mouthwatering pictures that they had on their wall and decide to give it a try. We ordered the tomato and egg noodles dish and an two (6) pork dumplings and let me just say that the tomato and egg noodles were to die for !!!! The noodles were so creamy, the egg was seasoned to perfection and the tomatoes were so fresh and brought the whole dish together. The broth was also very flavorful. I know that this is usually a simple dish to make and it's definitely a classic, but this is one of the best tomato and egg noodle dishes I've ever had and I will definitely be going back and ordering this dish again! However, the pork soup dumplings were a bit disappointing since there was barely any pork and the dough was a bit tough. I didn't like it as much as other soup dumplings I've had in the past, but it was decent for the area.

I enjoyed the hot pot here. The man at the counter was also very nice and helped us pick out our food.

They are closed! Or were in a Monday night even though the sign on the door shows Monday is a normal working day. The place seems vacant.

great place and great price! i was pleasantly surprised to find decent hot pot up in binghamton. i came around 3 on a weekday so the store was not busy, meaning the waitstaff was attentive and kind. for 3 people we ordered off the hot pot menu, & pricing came out to about $25 per person and we were very full. totally recommend! i'll be coming again!

Hidden Gem in a small city! The staff were kind and made sure we were all taken care of. They're quick and efficient. The food taste amazing. The spicy broth for the hotpot was extremely flavorful. We ordered wontons in chili sauce and they are the best around!! We also ordered beef spicy noodle soup which was phenomenal again super packed with flavor. Bring and appetite because everything is delicious. My suggestion is the spicy hotpot and for the other components get spinach mushrooms fish and egg. The one thing is there isn't a kids menu but they try to accommodate in the kitchen!

Very good food. Szechuan cooking on the spicy side. Pan fried pork dumplings were crispy outside, tender inside. Kung pao chicken and Spicy beef were like it’s done in NYC. Sadly, service was terrible. Maybe it was because staffing for lunch is not what it should be. Zombie-like kid wearing winter parka was the never-present waiter. Not too much of a problem for us, we had all day to sit there and chat, but I watched 3 people come in, shout “hello,” knock the kitchen doors, then walk out. Too bad. Like I said, the food was delicious.

We went for dinner and loved it! The hot pot was authentic, reasonably priced, and delicious. Do not expect American style service (waiter checking in on you every 5 minutes) but the staff was very polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for an authentic hot pot experience outside of China.

Being out of town, I always look for some kind of Asian food, and I was lucky enough to come upon this place. Looks nothing from the outside, and is simply appointed inside, but the food is tasty and exciting. I am all for the variety and ordered a couple of small plates from the appetizer menu. Crispy, savory, umami, hitting all my buttons, then the Phó. Complex and deeply rich broth. I had beef which was tender with very fresh bean sprouts, basil. Awesome find
