“This store has a lot of different home decor options ranging from painting, pillows, furniture and bedding. It changes weekly so there’s always something new. And prices are reasonable.”
“The new store is great but the incompetence of the staff is still the same. They will cancel your pickup order if they are too lazy to go find it and claim a glitch in the system. The best way to work around it is to reorder an hour or so later so hopefully another staff member full-fills it. I’ve had to do this 3 times in the past few months. I’ve mentioned it to them but they never take accountability and blame “the system”. Just go find which employee is doing this and talk to them. Not difficult. So no, the fabric is not out of stock and it’s not a system glitch. Someone is simply lazy and cancelling orders. They will lie to you and tell you it’s a glitch. They assume their customers don’t know better.
Just wanted to update from 2 stars to 4 (since my previous experiences still stand). I placed an order today and not only was it ready within a few hours, but it was neatly rolled up and unblemished/stained. I believe they have a new manager and she was kind and quick.”
