“Knowledgeable staff, patient with all the questions we had and walked us through every model on the floor having us try each one and showing us how our pressure points changed with air adjustments. Can not give them more credit for their help. We now are extremely happy with our purchase and are sleeping great knowing we can reach out to the store with any questions at any time. We highly recommend this location and this brand of beds!”

“On Sunday morning 2 employees; K & Tristian came to my apartment to pick up several pieces to consign at Refabulous. They ALSO moved my remaing items to my new place, using care and professional attitudes. Before leaving they placed everything in the rooms and locations I wanted them in! For 5.5 hours they never stopped moving. With my current health limitations I literally could not have made this move without them. If you need a mover, they are the guys to call!”

“This store has a lot of different home decor options ranging from painting, pillows, furniture and bedding. It changes weekly so there’s always something new. And prices are reasonable.”

“The new store is great but the incompetence of the staff is still the same. They will cancel your pickup order if they are too lazy to go find it and claim a glitch in the system. The best way to work around it is to reorder an hour or so later so hopefully another staff member full-fills it. I’ve had to do this 3 times in the past few months. I’ve mentioned it to them but they never take accountability and blame “the system”. Just go find which employee is doing this and talk to them. Not difficult. So no, the fabric is not out of stock and it’s not a system glitch. Someone is simply lazy and cancelling orders. They will lie to you and tell you it’s a glitch. They assume their customers don’t know better.

Just wanted to update from 2 stars to 4 (since my previous experiences still stand). I placed an order today and not only was it ready within a few hours, but it was neatly rolled up and unblemished/stained. I believe they have a new manager and she was kind and quick.”
