a good example of the newfangled car wash -> all the bells, whistles, lights, wipers, sprayers, brushes you can imagine. we got the wax-protection-for-corrosion-protection option ('tis the season). for a moment in time, I can relax.

Overall the dog wash was ok. The water was freezing cold during the wash part. I have a 110 lbs GSD. So it was a long wash and it never got even warm. My dog a little over half way thru the wash had had enough of the cold and jumped out of the tub. On the hot rinse thewater was warm and that was a relief for us both. One suggestion would be a small garbage can to put hair in that the vacuum doesn't get.

The self service bays always have issues. Card readers don't work half the time. Tonight the pump did in the middle of washing (bay 2) drying buttons don't work (tonight in bay 3). Water pressure awful even with pressure boost (bay 3).My last visit required me to use 3 bays, as one didn't have working card reader and wouldn't take cash, another had a split hose, one had screws everywhere, and one was coned off. Add to that ceramic spray is always out. They spent money on vacuum upgrades and lighting....meanwhile the bays sit is disrepair.Tire shine has said "coming soon" for well over a year. Presoak was taken off the menu.Customer service is useless, they won't respond to messages. This place is a joke. Time to pay with card and just file chargebacks...perhaps they'll get a hint.

The dog wash is the best! Several settings are available for the kind of shampoo and rinse, plus there's vacuum and blow drying capability. It costs way less than a groomer, and it's so easy! Our dog loves coming to the dog wash, and is always eager to go.

It’s off Vestal Parkway in Vestal NY Also they have other locations in NY state like Albany, Rochester and more. I have been member since 2011 with fixed monthly fees unlimited car washes !! Very useful in winter snow period .. Free vacuum Bay Area for internal car cleaning. Very little human interaction. You enter monthly members lane on your windshield code is read by above mounted camera opens the gate and you drive to the washing bay where attendant would guide you thru tracing area and then waves you the put your car in neutral mode. Close your window and you are thru the auto wash lane with initial water spray soap brushes polishing sides top back etc goes thru rinse cycle like washing machine add some shine coating snd blows dry the car and you are almost out with green light put in drive gear to the exit ..,

This was a great car wash. It got my car pretty clean besides the dirt on the back of the car. My favorite thing is the free vacuums after the was. I will definitely go here again, if I lived closer I would pay for the unlimited.

Gets most of the grim and dirt off your car. Canceled all my memberships due to this but the upper front street location shut off the vacuum cleaners while I and other customers were cleaning our cars, they actually looked out through the mangers office and saw us beforehand too, it wasn't like they were leaving immediately, they came through a little while later and emptied the garbages so they could have waited if they wanted. Be careful of double billing and or being billed when your membership is canceled, they did this to me

The car was was ok but the attendant told me for $20 a month I could have unlimited car washes so I thought why not. A month later I am auto billed over $40 and I call and the snarkey women from Hoffman says it's $20 a month the first month then $41 after that. I explained that's not what they told me at the car wash and she said I could cancel but I can't get my money back even though I canceled the plan and no longer plan to use then due to their predatory business practices of lying to their customers! Do Not fall for their unethical trap like I did!Service: Car waxing

Good friendly service and convenient locations. Hoffman is definitely worth the monthly subscription if you wash your vehicle often.Service: Auto interior vacuuming

My wife gets a laugh at how much I enjoy washing my truck here. I like the convenience of accepting card without a time limit.

I’ve been through this particular car wash twice. The first time it ripped off my bumper stickers. Not a huge huge deal so I decided to give them another shot. The second time it ripped off my front logo to my car. I went back to see if they could find it for me and they didn’t seem bothered and didn’t even apologize or offer any compensation… it’s been such a hassle to fix and the replacement part was 90 dollars :( my sister had a negative experience too with her sun roof visor getting torn off.

1st time here. A little pricy by downstate standards. I’m used to having 10 workers swarm my car and clean inside/out, vacuum, wash the mats, the windows, everything!! For about $20! Here, $20 gets you a 1 minute drive through a state of the art automatic car wash. And nothing else. Yes the vacuums are free, but you have to vacuum your own car? And never figured out what the difference between the $14 exterior wash and the $20 Ultimate wash. Dozens of cars go through back to back, with no indication as to which wash I paid for. All in in, an adequate wash, good to get the winter salt off the car, but underwhelmed by the lack of attention to detail and a rather expensive service, considering what you get for it.Also, as another reviewer mentioned, poor drying, left water spots in the glass and body.
