Was given a nice upgrade. Jorge dealt with me graciously despite me losing my temper with him unjustifiably. Appreciate not having to go all the way to airport to get a vehicle.

Good area situated, easy to go other places, plaza’s etc. Good representative behavior, the lady was super nice. Good car options.
