All the clothing I bought here shrank more than one size after first wash and dry so I now I’m stuck with a load of brand new clothing that doesn’t fit anymore. Clothing this expensive should be pre shrunk. Terrible quality.

I love this store. It's always tidy, clean, and organized. The staff is friendly and helpful. Stuff is almost always on sale. 40%, 50%. I love getting jeans there. It's so nice to have a GAP in the area, as other areas like Ithaca and Syracuse no longer have GAP!

Always look forward to taking the trip to go to this store. Stock not always available in all sizes, but it's nice to be able to try on for size before ordering online.

I love going there when they have their sales running OMG love the clothes and the ladies and gentlemen that work there are so nice and very helpful they always try to help you out if you can't find what you need to help you find it they're pretty awesome
