I wanted to pickup a prescription at 1:30. They called the lady in front of me and told me they couldn't help me because it was their lunch break. I think I'll try to find a different pharmacy maybe a locally owned one.

Close by my house. That’s why moved to CVS pharmacy. Worst pharmacy ever seen. Their customer service is horrible…..very bad experience

The CVS website and texting features are so messed up, they're almost unusable. I've gotten several texts saying a prescription is ready for pickup, but when I try to have it delivered, it says it's too soon to refill. This happens every month. Their text messaging service doesn't ever seem to match what's on the website. The Binghamton CVS is just as bad, so it's not the location, it's the corporate website/software. If my health insurance company didn't require me to use CVS, I would switch to another pharmacy in a heartbeat.

The pharmacy used to be excellent, now it is a disaster. It is understaffed and the people at the counter are incompetent. They do not answer phone calls and give wrong information.

Rude manager shut down self right in front of me just as I was about to use it. No apology whatsoever. And it was at least 2 hours before closing.

I went for a covid booster and the staff was very rude and unaccommodating…there were multiple people their. They seemed to have over booked appts. the women doing the shots was clearly overwhelmed and was extremely rude and spoke to my 3 yr old like he was 7. I called the Store ahead of time to ask what I needed.. they said just an ID when I got there it changed they said I needed the vaccine card…so I had to leave and reschedule after all of that. What a disaster

There is a clear pattern of rudeness, arrogance and condescending attitude by the staff here at this CVS in Target as shown by the many similar complaints below. The Pharmacists themselves are very nice but the techs are polar opposite in attitude and temperament and it is a shame but also not worth dealing with when there are so man other choices.
