Liars all of them. My brother died in April 2022 he purchased the "Elite Policy" they still have not paid off. Investopedia gives them a 'B" rating meaning they don't have the financial means to pay off policies. Stay away from these rude, inconsiderate scammers. They constantly put you off.

This company is awful!!! My loved passed 4 months ago and we have submitted all the required paper work and they are still working on resolving the claim ridiculous. I’m going to have to get a lawyer to handle this company
