Can't deposit cash to another person account is ridiculous. Needs to be a check. That is why the branch is so empty no one wants to bank their.

Not a great location nor customer service. Never saw any bankers available at the location and appointments are a week ahead. Have been using BOFA and Citi for 9 years now with great customer service. Disappointed first time experience with Chase.

Received a check from State Farm from a total loss on a vehicle payable by Chase. They were unable to cash the check because it exceeded their limit due to me not being a customer. Any time I've ever received a check from an institution they have always honored it. They have strange banking rules that other branches do not have.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! The company claims to have zero liability protection against fraud yet the company acknowledges there was fraudulent activity on my account and has done nothing to help me!!!! They are forcing me to pay for these charges!!! Almost $700. A drop in the bucket for the company, but a hefty price for a customer who should have no liability. 5 years as a customer and 4 credit accounts. Yet they have not a care in the world.?

Called asking for some basic advice on obtaining a small personal loan with the understanding that chase does not offer them just wanted to be pointed in the right direction to an affiliated company or any information at all that would help me as I research. All I got was "no cant help you sorry". I was really disappointed I wasnt even offered a resource or an offer to speak to an advisor nothing basically just turned away from my main bank. I wasnt expecting much but I didnt think I would get a response of basically "no we have no idea cant help you at all".

I am very happy that a Chase Bank was opened in Binghamton, NY. I relocated from Northern New Jersey where Chase Bank branches are very prevalent and conveniently located. When relocated to Whitney Point, NY the nearest branch was quite far. I frequent Binghamton and Vestal often so it is great having this location. Today was my first time visiting the branch. I was immediately greeted by a Teller who was positioned in the lobby. She was genuinely friendly, very pleasant, and happy to help! I had a great and refreshing experience!
