“I started my search on line for a replacement vehicle. I did not wish to go through another winter without the confidence and ease of mind that all wheel drive gives you. I decided I was probably going back to Subaru.
My dealings with Matthews started with a contact from Ashley Bennet, one of their online reps. She set me up with an appointment to see Rob Fintas down at Matthews Subaru. I was more than pleased with the help I was given by Rob in making my selection. He put me in the various Subaru models for a hands on driving experience. He was able to answer any questions I had and had the good sense to allow the car to convince me. I like his well informed presentation without any of the usual BS that one has come to expect when buying a car.
This is not the first time I have bought a car from the Matthews group and I suspect it will not be the last. Over all it was a very positive experience. Thanks Matthews team!!”
“I thought I had a major problem with my car, took it into Matthew's Nissan Service. I told Kurt what the problem was and my concerns. Kurt called me about an hour later saying that the heat shield over my muffler came loose. Cost of labor and repair, $10.78!!! Thank you, Matthew's!!”

The guys at Big E were able to find my exact make and model tire, in a non standard size (thanks BMW) with ease and on a Saturday no less!!
They had the tire waiting when I towed it to the shop and, like NASCAR, had it changed lightning fast so we could finish our road trip and get back home. Thanks guys!”

“We went to Miller Hyundai last week to see if a used car we had seen online was still available. We met Gavin and he let us know the car was still available. Gavin explained everything to me and then went out to our car and talked to my husband. He didn’t go inside due to the steps and the ramp. Gavin is young, but has the knowledge you would expect from someone with years of experience. My husband and I both felt so good after working with Gavin. Buying a car can be stressful, but we didn’t experience that at all. Gavin is sincere and genuine. I met with Rachel to discuss financing. She was also wonderful to work with. She explained what she would be doing on our behalf. She got back to us the same day. It was a good experience from beginning to end.”

“Tim Cseledy has always been a pleasure to work with for the purchase.. Twenty years ago they honored a warranty and shipped a part to Arkansas when I broke down. That was commendable. However service depts here and next door always leave a lot to be desired. It’s rushed, unfriendly, disheveled and snooty. I think that unless you are friends with the upper management and owners it’s good service but the rest of us are just numbers to them.”
