I recently purchased a vintage Parasound DAC from Audio Classics that turned out to have a problem with audio dropouts. I contacted Steve Rowell and explained the issue + mentioned that I'm also a music producer and audio engineer in my spare time , i.e. I know the issue was real and not my imagination. Steve and Audio Classics graciously offered to replace the DAC with the same model they luckily had on hand, so I shipped the problem unit back and within a few days I had the replacement.It's obvious to me that this is a renowned company that takes hifi equipment and their audiophile customers very seriously, and I only wish I lived within driving distance of them - although that might create some problems for my wallet!After this experience this is the first company I will look to when I'm ready for my next upgrade. Thanks again, Steve!

Amazing! I have never seen a place with so many high end brands and products to look at touch and hear. Staff is extremely knowledgable. Will make even the staunchest audiophiles cry with happiness. Worth a visit.

I love my Mac system. I am extremely fortunate to have Derek as my electronics audio engineer. Derek has incredible knowledge of stereo electronics, and his music knowledge blows me away. I’ve met nothing but incredibly nice customers too, from allllll over the place! I’m fortunate and live in the area. U need anything to do w a sound system? Visit Derek at audio classics. It's only been 24hrs since my first visit to the store and I want..no..need to go back. I live about 4 hrs away and have had my eye on a MA252 for some time now, a quick call a week ago confirmed that they had both a demo unit and a new one available. Interesting...considering I was heading to my parents house for Thanksgiving which was only about 1.5 hrs away from the store. I wasn't sure I would be able to squeeze in a visit without upsetting my parents and wife so I didn't make an appointment. I got the ok from my wife and parents and promised to be quick! Upon arrival my jaw hit the ground..never in my life have I seen so much MAC gear in one place....WOW is all I can say. Now would I be able to audition the MA252 without an appointment....absolutely was the answer..followed by what speakers? Now I was looking at the MA252 for a second system for my living room, unlike the basement that's my wife's domain. This system couldn't have multiple components or large speakers. That combined with the fact that I'm a huge fan of the klipsch heritage series had me leaning towards the Heresy's. They had a pair available and minutes later I had their secondary listening room to myself with instructions from the staff to take my time. The combo sounded absolutely amazing considering the combined price of the components. Realizing an hour of listening time had passed and knowing that i really needed to get back to my family i pulled the trigger on the MA252. I was rushing the purchase process when I caught a glimpse of their main listing room. Big mistake! Could it be... a pair of Jubilee's! Yep!! For those not familiar google it but for a MAC/Klipsch fan their main listening room is the Holy Grail!!! Now mind you I showed up without an appointment, took over a listening room for an hour and was currently rushing the staff so i could get on the road. At this point they must have been looking forward to me leaving their store. No longer in a rush to leave I asked if I could hear a song on the Jubilee's. Once again the answer was sure...take your time!!! Wow... the doors closed behind me, I picked my jaw off the floor and listened to music like I have never heard before...heaven on earth! I could go on and on but the bottom line is if you like MAC/Klipsch you have to get here by any means necessary....drive, fly its worth the trip!
