What an experience we had!! I got our riding lawnmower stuck in the mud and tried to get my car in the back yard to pull it out??? Well then the car got stuck in the mud and we could not get it out. I called Rockers and they came right away. They were a bit in shock when they saw how the car was stuck back there. After their careful deliberation, they pushed me out.
I cannot thank them enough for helping me. They were awesome, friendly and helpful.

I’m still sitting on the side of the road waiting and I was told the tow was on the way almost 2 hours ago. I called and they told me it’s shift change so I had to wait! Not good service at all! They were dispatched well before 7am and they still leave me sitting here

I was in a very bad accident during rush hour morning traffic. Rockers was there within minutes and took care to make sure I got all my my personal belongings out of the vehicle even though the car was barely accessible after. My car slid on black ice while it was snowing out and I ended up stuck in a ditch at 1am. Rocker's was the only towing open at the hour and came quickly and took care of getting my car out, and then also noticed that my car was not sounding right when I tried to go home. They ended up towing my car to the shop and Billy was kind enough to even give me a ride home bc no one was available to pick me up at that hour. I am so grateful for the excellent customer service, and exceptional kindness. I will always refer my friends and family in the area to Rocker's from now on!
