Had an extremely good discussion with a customer service rep concerning our account for the upcoming season. Want to pay in full for the season and reduced price even more and deleted the Platinum Plus Fee. Will definitely be sending a check for the full season.

The service technician was timely and professional. He ensured the delivery was completed to our satisfaction and gave some important safety tips. He answered all questions on the spot. He also verified everything was functioning properly before leaving. Ferrell Gas has made our switch to them as a new vendor seamless.
