“Had a breakdown while towing our trailer on the NYS Thruway on the way camping. He was able to tow our truck 25 miles back to Utica for repair, and provided another truck to tow and park our trailer another 25 miles in the opposite direction to Green Lake State Park in Syracuse so we wouldn't miss our camping. Made the best out of a possible bad situation. Highly recommended.”
