The property Bob just found for me was literally stress-free, and he found something remarkably quickly. And I’m far from an easy customer.The one thing that honestly stood out, is he would tell me instantly what was wrong with a property, and why it may not be what I told him I want. Even know he was not making a dime until I found what I wanted.He was never a salesman.If you already have a great realtor, 100% stick with them. If not, I’d highly recommend going to Robert Kerr. I won’t be going elsewhere.

Working with Robert Kerr to find and close on a house was better than I could have imagined. What was once something I could only imagining happening for other people quickly became a reality working with Robert. He was very responsive and knowledgeable on all of my questions and concerns. I would recommend working with Robert for anyone at any point in the home buying process. Its been a privilege and I hope people will consider working with him!

Bob is very good at showing people potential houses. Due to his past knowledge from construction and landscaping he could tell us things we were seeing or not seeing wrong in a house. He could also tell us what what was great in a house. He did a good job at helping us get our closing completed, since it was dragging on. Thanks for all of your help Bob!

Great guy to work with. Took us in and treated us like family. Got my listed, found my new house, sold and purchased in less than 2 months. He is honest and for you. If your looking to buy, sell or both you can trust the integrity that Robert brings to the table

I bought a single family home for myself and a multifamily home for my daughter. I was only in Syracuse for four days to look at homes. Robert went above and beyond helping me to find just the right homes. He would help point out problems with certain homes that I would miss or just not see. He gave me 100 percent of his attention when our looking. He was great at answering any and all questions even in the middle of the night. I moved here from another state he handled all of the details on this end with inspectors, lawyers , and contractors. He made the transition easy for me and my family. After closing he has been very helpful making sure that we had everything needed to get settled in. I would recommend Robert Kerr to anyone looking for a home. He did his best to help me find exactly what I was looking for and never tried to just push a sale off on me. He cares about his clients and takes a great deal of pride in his work and in helping his clients to find their perfect home. I would definitely use him in the future! Thankyou Robert.

Bob is a great realtor. He was very patient, personable and available when I was searching for my home. When I found the house that fit my needs, Bob was very helpful in helping me with the closing.

Robert Kerr went above and beyond to make the process as easy as possible for me. We looked at a few places before finding the one and he kept seeing what didn't work about the previous places and suggested a better place each time. It was clear that he wanted me to find the right place and not just the quick one. Even when we had issues with the lender, Bob stepped in and offered to help with the issues. Five stars all the way

Upon meeting Robert, he immediately gave me hope of selling the Canastota site. At all times he was professional and responsive to my having zero experience in real estate. Some time ago I had been told the site would never sell. Rob provided quality knowledgeable service all for a good value. Our agreement was to sell and he did!! Thank you!
