Seems like this is one of the most unorganized Walmart in the country… no one answers the phone, the phone number listed on Google is disconnected, so you have to call the pharmacy to get in, they give you the new number and that number just rings out, no one picks up ever. I’ve been trying for DAYS to no avail.

If I Could Do Negative Stars I Would. I've Been Coming To This Location Since I Moved To The Area. The Prices Are Very Good And It's A Plus Since It's A Super Store. The Lines Are Always Very Long. The Kicker Is While Walking Thru The Store All Of The Staff Are Unloading. Every Single Time. So It's Not Like They Are Understaffed. However This Particular Day I Stood In Self Check Out Because Although This Line Was Long As Well It Was Moving The Fastest. Get To The Front After 30 Minutes They Not Taking Cash. And Of Course They Don't Accept Apple Pay. So On To The Other Lines. I've Been In The Regular Full Service Line For 59 Minutes And Counting. And Argument Broke Out With A Lady Pulling Out A Switch Blade To Cut The Worker For Taking To Long To Check Out The Ppl In Front Of Her. All The While Workers Walking Telling You To Clear The Aisle's Because They Are Coming Through Instead Of Opening More Registers

The Curbside Pickup is HORRIBLE!!! They force you to download the App to check in. The check in process is easy identity your space and the color of your car hit done. I checked in at 7:25 PM we were still waiting at 8:25.PM. I've called the store but no one answered so we had to go inside.

This place is a nightmare. It'll take you an hour to get from one side of the store to the other. If you have a cart, make it two hours. Between being so overcrowded and pallets blocking the isles it's the most frustrating store I've been to. Checkout is even worse I've been in line for 35 minutes now. Self checkout doesn't except cash so even though I have three items I'm waiting longer than I've been in the store.

As for the pharmacy, I absolutely love them. Prescriptions are always filled quickly and they text you when it's ready. As for the store, I like that you can get all your shopping done in one place. If you go EARLY morning, you are in and out and most likely will find everything you need. If you go on the weekend or during peak hours then you have to expect to deal with crowds and long lines. Employee help is hit or miss. I've had some that are helpful and some that don't want to be bothered. Fellow shoppers can be inconsiderate by blocking the isles with their carts and many are too busy on their phones. This is why I like to go early to avoid the nonsense and get in and out. But I like Valleystream Walmart and will continue to shop there.

If you want to feel disrespected just go to Walmart super center !!!!! I went to buy a tv last week March 2022 on a Friday 10:07pm my purchase was complete, 65 inch LG tv. When I returned home my fiancé turned on tv and it was NOT WORKING. What so ever. So we say ok no problem we will just bring it back for a refund and just go else where. Today my fiancé goes to the Walmart and explain to them the situation, my fiancé was treated like he was a criminal trying to do something funny. The associate ran the bar code for the tv and it didn't match the serial number on the box. So now at this point we are upset!!! Because how do we buy a tv that doesn't even match the tv in the box. She called her supervisor, who then called the manager, who then called someone above him!!!! And still no help after being their for over an hour. Not only did I lose out on my tv I lost out on 540.00. I decided to call Walmart and see if I can still receive help I had called 17 before getting a answer. When the young man answered he said "yea". It caught me off gaurd but I proceed to ask him for a manager. He then responds " let me get you to a customer person". I ask him but who am I speaking to no I dialed the right number for the dept He tells me " a person who answered the phone duhh" and hung up in my face !!!! I'm so upset !!!!!!!!!! Because that tv was for my childrens rooms Down below are screen shots of the calls I've made to them and my receipt !!

When you think of the Walmart in Valley stream, one word comes to mind....hellish. I swear every time you come here no matter what time of day would day of the week what time of day, it is purest form of chaos. You might be able to find some really unique things that are only sold in Walmart stores, but it is truly a is truly a gamble. Stock is whereveryou can find it, somply becausecstaff cannot keep up with the constant shifting of merchandise by customers. The customers.... These folks move around worse than tourist on 42nd street and block you at every turn. Most are terribly rude, and will try to cut you in line. God knows parking is a full on battle sport, two errant carts hit my car, but surprisingly a lady resvued them as i was able to secure a spot in the last row. Today, it was so crazy I felt like I was having a panic attack. Thank God I made it out. Shop at your own risk.

If anyone cares, this is mostly a bike review of a Mongoose excursion from Walmart. I barely ever go to Walmart for anything but I couldn't help it when it came to their bicycle prices. My son is growing out of his old 16" huffy bike. He was probably overdue for a new bike too. I checked various stores (Dicks's, target, spin city cycle, spokesman) and had him test ride some. Their bikes were much pricier, $400 and up for a decent bike. After checking out Walmart's site for bikes, I YouTube some of their mongoose bikes and it was mostly positive. The Walmart reviews on mongoose weren't so good so I had to take a look at these bikes in person and inspect it myself. I checked out the mongoose excursion 24". They have a girl's version in stock too, plenty of both btw. I was originally looking for the mongoose brawler bmx bike but I couldn't find it even though the site said it was in stock. The excursion was my second choice. It's a mountain bike, 21 speeds, disc brakes, and front shocks. $198 in store for the built one, online they had a different color that's in a box for $138 w/ free shipping. I took my time with this bike around the store. I rode it up and down the aisles, it felt pretty sturdy and durable. I inspected all the excursions on the racks and picked the one that I felt was built better than the rest. Some bikes had very loose brake levers, scratches on the frame and seat post, missing reflectors. I used one of the tire pumps off the shelf to inflate the mongoose and took a stroll, bounced it around a bit to test its shocks and it worked and felt perfectly fine for a budget mountain bike. I lubricated the chain when I got home and took it for another spin around our neighborhood and it's a solid bike. So for those who question if the mongoose excursion bike is durable? It held up just fine during my test. The checkout process was so slow. There's tons of registers and self checkout but everyone is so slow over here. I also picked up and1 shoes for my son. He runs through shoes so fast. Fits comfortably and affordable. I saw Shaq's shoes but they only came in white. *March 3, 2022 Update* The bike is holding up well. I've read many negative reviews and seen some negative YouTube reviews but so far so good. It shifts fine, no issues with the chain after lubing it up. The tires hold up well on a easy going trail. The shocks are fine for a child, no problems yet. The one thing I don't like about this bike are the disc brakes. The stopping power isn't as good as I hoped it to be especially when riding downhill. Not really worth upgrading on a kid's bike, maybe a few tweaks can resolve this issue. The rear reflectors easily loosen up even after tightening and start touching up against the spokes. I added a bottle cage to the frame, it looks and works great. I also upgraded the pedals to alloy. The pedals it came with were really crummy. After 2 rides on a trail, it looked quite worn out already and my son's feet kept slipping on it. The kickstand doesn't suddenly come down on small jumps. So far, we've been pretty satisfied. My son is 6 years old, fairly tall for his age. I definitely recommend this bike for taller children, 24 inch wheels, they'll get the hang of it real quick after a few rides.
