I had an appointment at 1pm for fingerprinting services. There was a sign outside the door which said they will return at 2:00
I stood outside from 12:40 (I arrived early) up until 1:40 when I decided to just wait in Mcdonald’s as it was hot. There was a bunch of other people trying to enter as well as someone else who was also there for fingerprinting services with an appointment after mine. When I returned back at 2:00 the woman arrived at 2:05. She asked what me and the 2 other people were there for and when I told her I had an appointment at 1pm for fingerprinting she didn’t even at least apologize for my long wait. Why accept a 1pm appointment knowing you won’t be there? At least reach out to me via text or email to notify me that no one will be in the shop. The fingerprinting service was very quick and efficient but the fact I had to wait for over an hour even though I had an appointment book is insane.

The business practices here are troubling. They are charging $10.00 per notary signature, (when legally in The state of New York you can only charge $2.00). Additionally, she has unlicensed persons illegally nortarizing documents forging her signature ( with her signature stamp) . I would not trust their business practices-avoid at all cost.

If I could give it a 0 stars, i would. I was appalled by the extremely poor customer service I received during my visit to this notary center. The staff seemed completely disinterested in assisting me, and the woman who eventually helped me was downright rude. She barely acknowledged me when I approached the counter, and when I asked a question about the documents I needed to bring, she sighed and rolled her eyes. The whole experience felt like an inconvenience to her, and she made me feel like I was wasting her time. When I asked for clarification on a specific requirement, she snapped at me and made me feel belittled. I was taken aback by her unprofessional behavior and left feeling frustrated and disappointed. For a place that provides a vital service, I expected a much higher level of customer care and respect. Unfortunately, this notary center fell far short of my expectations.

Sharlie the owner says she did not service you in reviews when a bad review is written. Please Don’t say you did not service me mam because you in fact did, (whether it was you or another person in the store that used your notary stamp) both my documents were stamped in 129 Rockaway Valley Stream 11580. On top of that you notarized the documents without confirming our id’s and did not witness the signatures because my documents are blank as of now! You are very unprofessional and literally say that you’re a mobile notary to every person who states you are rude or leaves a bad review. So I’m wondering why I have notarized documents if YOU NEVER serviced me? So who is Sharlie Hairston? I clearly have the documents stamped by you!
I’m a reasonable person and feel upset having to write this but I’m not with being taken advantage and being called a liar.
I will attach the unsigned notarized pages!
BEWARE of this notary THE LEGAL AMOUNT TO BE CHARGED IN NEW YORK IS $2 TO NOTARIZE A DOCUMENT.!!!!
They charged me 10$ each to notarize each page. I asked if it was for both pages and she said yes. I agreed because I just wanted to get those pages notarized and not drive around even though I knew 5$ per page was still a lot . Then she told me it was actually 20$ to notarize both pages once she did it! That’s abuse and she lied to me. I asked if it was 10$ for Both and she AGREED. She did not even look at our ids to confirm the names. I don’t like to look for problems and paid it and left. I would have known that I would have notarized by my house.

That person who works there, the lady with the earrings in her mouth, extremely rude and hateful, doesn't look like she's providing customer service... don't go to that place
