Alisha went above and beyond for my grandfather's glucose monitor from calling the doctor's office for the prescription to making sure it was promptly delivered to my house. I have never experienced such great customer service anywhere!

UPDATE: Valley Stream Rx is misrepresenting itself as Valley Stream Pharmacy on their website, Facebook, and Google information. When using GPS, please use the address and not the name to avoid the same mistake I made. When I put in “Valley Stream Pharmacy” in my GPS, it took me to Valley Stream Rx, also on Rockaway Avenue, only a few blocks away. The owner of THE REAL Valley Stream Pharmacy was kind enough to reach out to me and explain that this has been a common problem since this other business opened so close to his and has used a similar name and colors for their branding.Made an appointment for the vaccine, left work early and fought through rush hour traffic to get there on time, only to find a sign on the door saying that they were closed. Called the number on the sign and the guy I spoke to said they didn’t even have any vaccines in stock… so why was I able to make an appointment and why didn’t they reach out to me earlier instead of making me waste a trip?!

i did a PCR covid test for school on tuesday. i was told i would receive my results 48 hours later. it is now friday. i have not heard from this company since. i paid $105 for this test.

You guys definitely saved my life! Forgot my tube and mask while traveling to New York and I googled cpap dme in my location and a lot were not opened on the weekends. Myself being here for another 3 nights would've been miserable. Again thank you!

I'm 87 and so happy to be completely vaccinated. Staff was wonderful. I can finally see my new great grandchild when he or she is born.

The nurses here were exceptional. I believe one of the nurse's name here was Ammy and she gave administered the vaccine painlessly. Highly recommend!
