Thank you Sonia for being sympathetic about our situation while requesting our family passports. Also, tall black African American that appeared to be the manager was amazing he allowed my husband to go back home get one of my daughters birth certificate to continue the process with the passport after the doors were closed for the public. You guys made our day!

Avoid this place at all cost. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Eugenie was rude, disrespectful and condescending. If you’re on line and the staff Eugenie is supposed to help you.. just wait for the next rep. It will save you time, stress & peace.

Got a Rude message on my door about picking up my mail. I told them it’s the spam mail and circulars that fill up my box, if I get some help, ruuudddee. Thing is I travel for work, they took my mail I’ve check on numerous occasions my mailbox is empty but they’ve stopped delivering gym mail. Call them and they are ruuuudddeeeee. Not delivering my mail and complaining about me not picking it up from the post office should is WRONG!

Only 2 people on the counter at all times. If you're in a rush, forget about going in and out. Not here. Minimum 15min if lucky

I mail out approx 50-75 mail per week from Valley Stream Post Office. Without fail, at least 5-6 of those envelopes are returned. I started using another post office to drop off my mail, never had any returns, any issues whatsoever. I'm not sure what's wrong with this location but obviously something isn't right. And the postmaster (a female) is definitely rude and has no respect for customers, even the nice customers....I wish there were negative stars, that's what they deserve.

1 hour waiting for nothing! It is already common to go and have to return without being able to dispatch the packages because of the slowness and the order of priorities used in this office.More than 30 people waiting and they decide to use their only two employees for passports since this takes a long time and those people do not wait in line.You can always see the annoyed faces and comments of everyone who is lining up at this place for the same thing.

I was just there tonight.It was very busy.As we were waiting, the supervisor himself came out and walked the long line. He helped each of us individually to help speed things up.The man was stoic, strong, helpful, and nice.True essence of holiday spirit.

You all should be happy because i am giving you 1, which you don’t deserve. I went there for my passport and for the pic the lady at the counter seems very rude today. I don’t wanna say your name but if you know who you are then you should see this. She was absolutely rude because we took time for filling forms. We first told her to print our forms that i had in my phone completed but she said “no no you can’t do it.” I said ok , then it was only my dad and i who was doing for my brother and me and she said you don’t have enough information you need a id so my mom went again got it again and we made mistakes but we did again, and then she got angry because we took over time. She said it’s until 12:30 i am not doing until 12:30. Then we were in line before 12:30, she was like “no no it’s too late” and now we can’t it gotta take another customers and come back again. We payed $25 and she’s first of all being rude and showing her attitude and then she’s talking over me was the biggest red flag! And i was talking to her nicely and then she didn’t like it! She doesn’t deserve this job because you are not human and don’t know know how to treats other!!!!Do better

All I can say is that long story short, it was a bad time, long story short I survived luckily. This lady was very rude to me and my family when we went. I can say that one of the workers, is a horrible person and has an attitude, old lady that needs to retire. Never come this store again
