“People like Sajeel are very rare in the world that we live today.. he is very honest, respectful and very knowledgeable about cars. I called on Sunday morning about a mechanical issue and he came right after to inspect the issue. It took him less than an hour to diagnose the problem. By Monday noon he already had the part that needed to be replaced, and came by on the same day to fix it. The car runs great now. I will recommend Sajeel to all my family and friends because it is very rare to find an honest and reliable mechanic!”

Cary was quick and professional. We ended up needing to replace my unit. He got an incredible deal on a new unit from Bentley and stuck to his estimate even though the job became extremely complex. These are the only folks I will trust with my transmission work going forward. Five stars.”

“I couldn’t find out what exactly was wrong with my car as it wouldn’t go past 1st gear. I tried so many different options and was praying I wasn’t going to have to get a whole new transmission. I called 3 different shops and they told me I would most likely have to get a new one. I finally called Advanced Transmission and spoke to Tim. I described to him what my issue was and he automatically told me the code and what exactly was wrong. Turns out I needed a new conductor plate. Once I got there they ordered the part and received it within 1.5 hours and got the job done within 4 hours. As I waited I spoke with Artie and he was very informative on transmissions. Felt like my car again once I left with it the same day. They really saved me from a ton of money. If you ever need transmission work, this is the place to go to!”

“I have a 2007 Chrysler Aspen (which I love), which my regular mechanics thought had a transmission problem. I asked for a recommendation for a reputable trans-shop and was given this. I suspected that I would have to junk this car, as I didn't want to pay thousands for a transmission on a 15-yr old car. After bringing it to Sunny, within 30 minutes, he figured out the problem was something stupid that I did (turning the 4wd knob). Truthfully, I'd have been happy to pay a grand to get this resolved. After he told me that I didn't owe him anything, I begged him to take a hundred books, and he also refused. With everything going on in the world, hard to believe there are real true blue honest folks out there. This shop is unbelievable and I hope to G-d that I never have a transmission problem with any of my cars, but if I ever do, I know who to call. Thank you Sunny!!!”

I made the appointment and again he discussed their findings after doing the diagnostic and then provided options. He never pushed me to make a decision.
