Please review your online order before picking up in stores!! I missed my deadline to pick up by ONE DAY!! The workers refused to give me my items unless I paid again in store. So I double paid now have to wait after filing a claim against the store.

This location is not very desirable for me because it's smaller than most of its franchise stores and it doesn't carry a wide selection. Overall there's always someone at the floors stocking and organizing merchandise. Lines can be a tad long but it's because it's a small store in a mall.

Beyond amazing. Everyone in the store were helpful and so kind. I almost avoided coming due to previous experience in another state. I'm so glad I went in. They had really good sale going on and I bought more than what I was looking for and didn't break the bank.

Great Workers! I’ve seen first hand what they to deal with when dealing with rude customers. I always find my size and they even helped me out with getting 30% off clothes and we all love a good deallllll!!!

Jasmine and Brittany were both EXTREMELY kind, friendly, patient, efficient, informative, fast and helpful!! Jasmine helped me return items after I purchased them with Brittany because I realized I had a previous email saying I can use Place Cash (Brittany did ask me if I had it when she checked me out at first but I couldn't find the email). However, when I went to repurchase those items the 2nd time with Jasmine I was unable to locate my Place Cash and she helped me by using it on my new purchase which saved me $40! Jasmine was very understanding, kind & helpful. Both young ladies had such great attitude / positive energy, I will definitely return back to this store and recommend my family & friends to do so as well. Thank you. (Attention: The Children's Place - I tried to do a survey online about my positive experience and was unable to due to an update - please see screenshot pic of website attached)

The employees are very rude as they don't want to be there. They are mean if somebody ask them a question. I ordered few things online for pick up. I still had to wait in a long line for a PICK UP order.

The store is extremely neat. Th clothes are folded and are actually by size order. They even sectioned the store by size to make it easier to find something. There isn't a large boys section, but honestly: when is there, ever? I found what I was looking for in no time and paid a great price. The line moved pretty quickly, despite only having one register open. Not a bad day.

If the salesgirls who work there hate their jobs as much as they apparently do I recommend they move on. Never a smile on their faces. I stopped shopping there and now shop at Justice. Nice sales people make all the difference. How does management at "The Children's Place" not give them a good talking to or let them go?

I would like to leave a zero. The customer service at this chains locations are the worst in the retail industry. The staff was condecending and rude, Would offer no help in expiditing an exchange. They stated they could not help us with anything because the return period had expired. We didn't want any money back just exchange an item that was gotten when our child was born. Babies grow fast what was the big deal? I would rather shop at a local Ma & Pop store than experiencing the disrespect and rudness. I left the item in the store for them to keep. Obviously they didn't want my business. By the way there were two other people in this location with similar complaints. No wonder Brick and Mortor is dead.

I just had the worst experience at your Green Acres location. I tried to return a gift I had received last month with a gift receipt. Apparently the receipt was "expired" so I could only even exchange for something in the store for the same EXACT value. The cashier told me there isn't anything in the store for that price. It didn't matter to neither the cashier or the manager that I had a handful of items that I wanted to purchase. They wouldn't let me pay the difference over the value of the return. I was so upset I left the items at the store essentially throwing away the gift I was given for my new baby. I will NEVER AGAIN shop in one of your stores. This was the worst customer service I've encountered in my whole life.
