Went in there to get my son a new phone. Was lied to by one of the sales reps about lowering my bill.. These people are not trustworthy.I was paying less than $150 for 3 lines, now the bill is over $200... Make sure if you're in that store. You read all the fine prints. The lies are for real....

Watched an associate pass me 3 times while I was waiting to go help someone who only just entered the store while I patiently waited. I actually had to call a different tmobile store to get my question answered. The other associates seemed nice enough but they were definitely overwhelmed

I walk-in yesterday to buy a new sim card for an existing line which was register under my sister. i was told since I'm not authorize under the account i can't replaced the lost sim card. Etheridge Nelson went above and beyond to make sure i did not leave the store unsatisfied. Now I open a new account all due to his hard work and his professionalism. Great service today, the rep was very professional and thorough with explaining the promotions I would receive today. Called into customer service help me update my PIN and setup my T-mobile app. Etheridge did a outstanding job taking care of me today.

Came to the store and I was surprised it was open at 9am, Spoke with Paul H and he was great explained everything so I’d understand my new bill and I got a free Apple Watch for my daughter. I’d say Paul is the best employee at this store and everyone should ask for him!

I was having issues with my phone. Etheridge was extremely knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. With his help and experience he made sure to alleviate all inconveniences. Etheridge took the time to make sure I understood all that was involved in me getting a new device. As a salesperson I felt comfortable that he was doing what was in my best interest and it made all the difference. Thank you so much!

My experience at the T-mobile location in Green Acres Mall was horrible.. This is the worst location I've been to. There's a lot of deception going on over there, they lie to customers and very unprofessional. I went there to inquire about current IPhone promotions and was told I had to have a device to trade-in. I proceeded to do the upgrade the representative charged me $35. upgrade fee as well as $35. activation fee and how I noticed was on the receipt. I called customer service for carification only to find out that they have a promo with no trade in required for IPhone 15. The customer service rep was nice enough to help fix the situation and credited me back the fee. This store doesn't deserve a 1star.

Worst customer service ever... I will never go back to Green Acres Mall location.. My entire family has Tmobile, we have no issues dealing with the customer service reps over the phone, but unfortunately the experience at this store have me giving a bad review.

I would give 0 star if possible. Terrible greedy workers here. Went in yesterday to upgrade my iPhone 12 to the 15 pro. The employee went into the stock room and chatted with her manager and came back to tell me they don’t have the iPhone 15 pro in stock. I mean seriously? Every single store has iPhone 15 pro in stock. I get it she wanted to add a line on my account or upgrade my plan to make her own commission but at least don’t flat out lie and say there are no iPhone pro in stock. Will never visit this store again.

If I can give 0 stars, I would. Hands down the worst t-mobile location I have been too. From the mobile reps to the management (Jamil) , lack of professionalism. Instead of helping resolve my issue, they complicated the process, then directed me to contact customer care.
