Yea this is the worst location. I wish I just went to Hempstead Turnpike location to deal with my situation. I walked in no one said anything until I just stood still. Then the gentleman ask me what I was there for and had me wait. It seems no one was adamant on getting to the customers at a rapid speed. The employees that were free didn’t want to take the next customer. Horrible and I came close to closing and I need a phone which is why I didn’t leave and walk out.

Came in with intentions of buying a phone but the attitude of the person who took care of us was just so bland and unmotivated. I understand you can get tired I work retail too but working with a person you can tell doesn’t really want to help you not even in the slightest really brings down YOUR OWN energy. Going to a different location.

I don’t get why these places can’t hire people who like their jobs. I go in there and start browsing, semi busy, and without cause worker says, nastily “I’ll be with you in a sec”. I said no rush at all. Not best, but no big deal, didn’t deal with that gentleman anymore. Later on, 2 different people were helping me and it was weird how annoyed they were getting. Didn’t like the fact that I asked them about 13s phone. Trying to equate car dealerships to phones, wasting time with analogies instead of valuable and cordial respnoses . I believe the exact response was “doesn’t matter about 13 plus, we don’t have them”- not one time trying to be friendly. Didn’t even have my heart set and could’ve easily been sold. Ended up getting 14plus up the block because the vibe was off and being a T-Mobile customer for a 20+ years, never like being disrespected. Get your iPhones at Best Buy up the block. You’ll save $50 but make sure it’s unlocked and you can connect easily with electronic Sim.

I’m really disappointed by the customer service I’ve been a t mobile customer for years.I’ve been treated really bad by your employee MOHAMMED HANZALA. He tried to deceive me. I told the plan for 3 lines,2 iPhone pro max and an iPhone 13. When the deal got done he demanded extra money for himself. Please mr t mobile owner take action on Mohammed HANZALA because he threatened me that your credit will be dimolished

This store makes corporate locations look like a joke. Being a former employee of T-Mobile who understands the level of customer service needed to ensure customer satisfaction, this store drops the ball in all categories. If I was a customer looking to make a change of service, T-mobile would not earn my business off the strength of this stores horrible service. Lucky for T-mobile I was only in to make the simple transaction of a bill pay. No attentiveness or acknowledgement of clients walking through the door or maybe they missed me standing at 6'4 275lbs; who knows? After a few laps around the store looking at merchandise you would think a simple "hello" or "we'll be right with you" would be the least they can do for waiting customers but not at all. Instead they look you dead in your face and continue on as if you're not waiting for their service (below average height asian guy with trash beard). I sat there for 20+ minutes waiting to be greeted just to watch 2 customers walk in right after me and receive immediate assistance from another employee as instructed by the shorter than average male asian employee with the bad beard. I don't care for anything other than this reaching who it needs to reach to and having "mobile experts/keyholders" get some feedback on customer service to prevent loss of business in this specific location. I understand the bill pays don't get you any commission but just the little things turn that bill pay to an accessory sale, add a line, or upgrade. Maybe I'll forget my wallet again one of these days see if the service improves, Not sure if LI South or LI North but I'll make sure my voice is heard next time.S/O T-mobile Roslyn store 9852!!!!

T-mobile is a scam if you signed up for a free phone promo in the last 2 years. There is a good chance that they added it to your plan and started charging you for a phone that was on your plan. T-Mobile is now changing there terms and conditions so you can't file a class action lawsuit with them they are now going to be able to sweep crimes and accusations under the rug without you knowing. By signing you u for a free phone then making you pay for it makes it look like more people on signing onto T-Mobile artificially driving up there market value. T mobile also refuse to print contracts or terms and conditions when you sign up. You have to agree and sign everything on there website. The same website the have access to change whenever they please. That means they can change your plan, terms, and contract all without your knowledge or permission
