Staples in Valley Stream has kind, courteous and professional staff that are eager to assist customers. My visit on July 4th was a great experience. There was enough staff to help me choose the product I needed with knowledge of what best suited my use for it. Check out was quick and easy. Everyone was pleasant and I felt among friends. The store was well stocked and clean. My product was shipped and received on time as stated.

Was on hold for 13 minutes. (I was driving there anyway and decided to see how long I'd be on hold.) The print service is hit or miss. I listen to the announcement over head saying, "There is a call holding for customers service...) for over 15 minutes. Do not expect great service after 8 pm or lunchtime.
So you might say, why the 4 stars...well like I said, it's hit or miss and while I went through all of that. Daniel really helped me out with my printing needs and did his best to provide me with a better encounter after seeing I was annoyed and had a not so good experience at first.) So from 1 star to 4 star. Thanks Dan.

Today I was assisted by a helpful staff member. He was very tall, he was kind and personable, he helped me find what I was looking for quickly. I think his name was David. I will come back for more office supplies when I need it!

We have owned a small business in Valley Stream since 2000. The printing services are great. When you cant wait one day and need it now. Hit them ASAP. The staff and managers have great customer service skills and as much as it frustrates me. They will help those who know nothing lol and take their time with them. Even when I'm next online. Keep up the great work.

I went here for the first time to take care of some Amazon returns. Nice staff. They seemed to know what they were doing. To be honest, they are not as quick as a UPS store. The cashier is required to do a few more steps than when I return to a UPS store. That said, Staples seems to be free. They are now charging for UPS returns. Also, this Staples is open till 9:00 p.m. so you can come here late. Finally, you can pick up other office items and the like when you're here. Good spot all around!

UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE AND VERY LAZY WORKERS!!!What we witnessed at this store was unbelievable. There was an upset customer in front of us and the way the employees treated that woman was criminal. About 4-5 male employees literally were bullying and cursing at the customer (a female) because they wanted to be lazy and not do their work. They had us waiting in line for over 20 minutes just to argue with the customer. UNBELIEVABLE! We will not be going back to that staples to do business after witnessing that ordeal. VERY GHETTO!
