My family and I have worked with SRS Brokerage for more than 20 years. The agents are responsive to our requests and explain in details the "whys" and "how come" questions. If you are looking for a reliable insurance broker who looks out for your best interest, I highly recommend them.

It's crazy how we go to this place and the staff acted as if we were bothering them for even showing up. The service was terrible with extra attitude. I will never in life go back to this place. The chef was the only reason this place even got a 2 star. This server was just a disgusting human being and the greeter/concierge was worse. The only friendly person there was the chef. He did a great job.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This broker stole $2,000+ from me and have caused my business licenses to be delayed over 6-7 months and still ongoing. That's over $15,000 in delays I've had to pay because their inability to process insurance filings that take minutes to file. Much more! Do not do business here!

Bring your money elsewhere. These people are super shady & like to avoid you when they owe you money. I’ve been waiting for a check for over 3 months. These people do not take business nor customer service seriously. It even took them 3+ months to file 1 form and delayed my DOT Authority months!! So many other issues. To think I can bring business to my local brokerage… NOPE!

My experience working with Ed at SRS for the past 20 years has been a great one. Ed is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to insurance and is always available to me when I have questions about my policy. Ed is honest and gives fair competitive rates

Worst agency ever.First, they made a mistake with my application.Second, when I ask for a help to correct an error and also to make sure the remaining information was appropriate, they refer me to someone else. Third, when I decided not to proceed with them they refused to refund me the agency fee-$50. They never told me that the fee is not refundable and I’ve never signed a policy with them. The owner is very rude and not willing to cooperate at all. Very disappointed.

A hidden gem!I don’t write reviews often but SRS Insurance, really deserves one.I found out about them through a friend that heard me complaining how State Farm ( my insurance at that moment), was raising my rate $200 every period, despite me having an excellent record, no points on my license, no accidents!She mentioned how great SRS was because they go through different companies to get you the best price and a reliable company that can be there for you when the moment comes.I decided to give them a shot and until this moment 6 years later, I regret not coming to Eddie, any sooner!First of all, they shop around for the best deal, lifting those stressful, long calls off your shoulders and the “guesstimates” online quotes.Right off the bat, my savings were almost $900 cheaper than I was paying. I kid you not!I sat with Eddie reviewing my new policy making sure I’ll have the same coverage then before and that I wasn’t sacrificing anything for a better price. He was very patient with me, explained everything and answered all my questions.Less than a week later for the first time ever, I was involved in an accident, I called SRS and Eddie immediately got on it and told me exactly what to do. My car was taken to a body shop certified by Land Rover North America and within 3-4 days my new insurance have sent someone for the assessment and immediately approved my claim.I can’t put a price on having a piece of mine, knowing my house and cars are protected. They have taken care of me when I needed it the most and are always a call away for any questions I might have... and trust me, I can be veryyyy annoying at times.To Eddie and the team, I’m not just a policy number but someone that have put her trust in them for many years and will continue to do so for many more to come.Eddie, thank you so much for everything and to my friend Mayra, I’ll always be grateful for taking me to SRS!
