I had to take time and thank Val and Mohammed for all there help , I came in very upset about my purchase I had 2 exchange my phone twice because of battery issue but they were so accommodating and actually were able to upsale me lol thanks again guys for all your help ,tmobile needs more managers like you guys I will definitely recommend going there and asking for those 2 .u guys rock

Best service the manager was amazing.so kind.I m with T-Mobile more then 4 years never had experience same like this she was amazing Thnks ? she gave me free SIM card replacement as well usually I pay 15 $ all the T-Mobile stores

As per Sarah's instructions.I went over to the T-Mobile/Sprint cell phone store- because I was intimidated by the cell phone transfer process. I realized my limitations and asked for help.Ms. Sarah was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable in her skills as a phone tech. She was able to get the particulars from my ancient of days cell phone transferred over to my (somewhat) newer phone, fairly quickly, and efficiently.Also, I feel the she was patient in dealing with this grey haired old fool. I wish her the best of luck in her future endeavors.

My friend and I went to this specific T Mobile because of it's high rating and score. I live closer to the store on Fulton Street and Nostrand Avenue but have had too many issues with the attitudes and inattentiveness of many staff members. This trip to Green Acres was a pleasurable experience. I am physically challenged and as soon as we arrived we were greeted by Travis whose first concern was not to pitch a sale but to make sure I was okay and checked in to see if I needed or wanted a chair. He patiently listened to our seemingly endless questions about iPhones, eager to repeat answers we had already posed to him about our final choice and even recommended an easier way for our return trip home so that we could avoid having to take the Conduit.I strongly recommend this T Mobile for its exemplary staff. If you're paying good money you should be treated as a valued customer.

We stopped by early morning on the weekend and consulted with Saheed and Chris. They are intelligent, lovely, patient, and funny! We talked with representative Saheed more, but as manager Chris walked around we knew he was a good supportive manager to confide in. Also, we are originally Sprint customers and this was our first visit here since Sprint is now TMobile. We would definitely go back and ask for the awesome Saheed and Chris. - This review is for the TMobile upstairs near the food court !

Justin from T-mobile is very helpful and knowledgeable. He provided a ton of options to keep my bill low and get the devices I wanted. Also the Manager Moe was helpful with the process as well. Thanks both of you guys.

The Tmobile downstairs they are ready to work. Very helpful. Upstairs they stank face. Made it obvious they don't want to help ppl. Then when u ready for the phone she spoke to the team and say they don't have the phone. They dk their inventory obviously ? or just want to sell what they want.

I have no clue why this store is still even open, they are absolutely garbage. If you go there, you will just be wasting your time! They all need to be retrain to how to work in a store and how to value their customers instead of the high school unprofessional environment they present. Totally disgusted with this place and will never go back! They absolutely did nothing for me the numerous times I been there for assistance!

I got to the store around 6:25 on a weekday, there was only one representative helping a customer, I had to stand outside the store for 15 minutes before someone decided to come from the back of the store and help me, the representative told me that it’s 6:40 and she don’t have enough time to help me get a new phone and I should come back a different day, I insisted that I want to get a new phone, and I did get the new phone, but to my surprise she told me that all she can do is to activate my new phone and I have to go home and finish doing everything else. There was 4 other representatives and they were to busy playing loud music and dancing. I would never recommend this store. It’s the worst service.

Went to T-Mobile today with 3 paid off sprint phones. 2 of them showed not paid off due to some bogus NYS law which seemed like a scan since they were paid off a year ago. The 3rd phone had a cracked screen and they said they couldn't fix it. I had a zero balance on my sprint bill and $1200 in available credit. They switched me over to T-Mobile and the credit available then showed $100 wtf. So after 3.5 hours and getting nowhere I was forced to pay for a new phone that was a lower grade than all my phones in-full since they couldn't even give me my old phones back. WHAT A JOKE. Get your s*** together T-Mobile/Sprint
