Checked store hours online, says it will close at 11. Drove all the way from Brooklyn for a few returns, got there before 8. They tell me returns are closed. They send me to the money counter by the subways, one guy working there and 10 people in line. I don't believe the store has any management. How can a manager allow any of this to go on? Ill stick with my local target from now on. No thank you.

This is the worse store u will ever step foot into .. not only do u risks being run down in the parking lot but once u walk inside u will be treated like a common criminal .. the employee are so extremely unprofessional it's scary .. they are all screaming /cursing to each other while working .. oh & the best part is when u try to leave with ur purchases & u are not the norm shade of skin color that this store usual has .. u will get singled out .. racist aholes work here .. & I'm going to make sure corporate knows what happened ..so if ur Wi-Fi is not the best & ur Walmart app gets frozen & u cannot click on the recite but could still show it ( all the items & date ) that's still not good enough for these racist employees .. I wonder why the person next to me that walked out didn't even have to show u a recite .. prob cause he was ur skin color & I wasn't .. shame on this store ..

This is the worst Walmart ever, AVOID AT ALL COST. From the customer service to the managers who would not honor WHAT WAS WRITTEN ON THE WEBSITE

The parking lot is dangerous. Cars do not yield to pedestrians at all.It is near impossible to find a shopping cart. As soon as you walk in you will notice that it is crowded. I have never been to a Walmart where every single isle is packed with people. Most of the shelves were empty or cleaned out. I'm sure a lot of items get pocketed everyday. Kids run around like its a playground as parents do not care. It's almost as if they want their kids to get hurt so they can sue. It's disgusting. The lines for checkout were insanely long. My cashier was flirting with a food stamps baby daddy as he had a shopping cart that made you think he was running a juice bar. It was like watching a kid playing with legos as he struggled to put all his drinks on the cart. The line kept building up, at no point did the cashier help or at least advise him to hurry up. No common courtesy from either of them. Finally, the last bit of torture from this experience, came at the end, where as I was leaving two employees were trying to sell Spectrum cable to me. Could have used them at the cash register instead.Avoid at all costs. It's really ghetto, unsafe and crowded. Travel farther to other locations if you want a real Walmart experience.

This is the second time i ever been to walmart. I been to the one in long Island one time now this one..But i was curious about where my online orders come from since i live in the city and there is no walmart here besides this oneLet me start off by saying it isnt as bad as social media makes it seem.. but even though this walmart is big its still kinda crowded. They have to many customers to have the aisles blocked off with things they should have in a storage space. It is pretty clean but workers cant really be found. There is one gentleman that was able to help me but the rest of the people when i did find any didnt know anything and i thought that wasnt good. The security lady at front with the pink her was a big help. She seen i was disabled and helped me outThe worse thing i seen so far is being hound by the men outside.. waiting on my ride they most have ask me ten times if i need or want a taxi & the fight that nearly broke out outside..

This place is an absolute "mad house". I reluctantly went there about 3 weeks ago to pick up a few items (I normally try not to shop at this particular Walmart at all). I asked a female employee, an older woman where I could find baby wipes. She, without looking at me rudely pointed her finger in the direction of where it could be found. Some of the employees use foul language. Beware going there anytime after 3pm, it's like a mob scene. I avoid shopping there at all cost during the wknds.

Very busy store. I'm from florida and I found that no plastic bags available is an inconvenience for out of town people.

l have nothing at all good to say..its chaotic, long lines, not enough workers to accommodate the long lines, managers are non chalfant and seem to not care that people are waiting for more than an hour...there is no hustle to even try to be accommodating. Good prices are not enough for me to be treated disrespectfully

I appreciate that Walmart Supercenter is located on the same strip as HomeGoods and Five Below, making it a convenient spot to stop by while shopping. I also liked the self-checkout option, which allowed me to quickly complete my purchase and leave the store. However, this particular location seems to attract more rude customers than other locations I've been to. The store was also quite busy during the afternoon on a weekday. Food and ambiance is not relevant to the experience.

I rarely review, let alone shop, at big box stores.. but I found such a good deal on a few items here that I couldn't locate anywhere else this week and couldn't resist.I was in dire need of a usb-c to hdmi cable for my home office's external monitor and all the other stores either had them at either 2x the price or simply didn't have the one I wanted in-stock. In an addition to the hdmi slot, this particular unit they had also has a micro + macro sd card slot, two USB 2.0 slots and one USB 3.0 slots.. for only about $28! While there, the sweet score put me in such a good mood that I ended up browsing the aisles in search of random camping supplies (cold weather camping is my new obsession). I quickly spotted the one remaining portable Coleman Camping Stove and purchased it at the incredibly cheap price of only $24 (plus a butane can for only $3.xx). In my limited experience of shopping at Walmart, I suggest going towards closing time to avoid the long lines at self-checkout.

If you want to feel disrespected just go to Walmart super center !!!!!I went to buy a tv last week March 2022 on a Friday 10:07pm my purchase was complete, 65 inch LG tv. When I returned home my fiancé turned on tv and it was NOT WORKING. What so ever. So we say ok no problem we will just bring it back for a refund and just go else where. Today my fiancé goes to the Walmart and explain to them the situation, my fiancé was treated like he was a criminal trying to do something funny. The associate ran the bar code for the tv and it didn't match the serial number on the box. So now at this point we are upset!!! Because how do we buy a tv that doesn't even match the tv in the box. She called her supervisor, who then called the manager, who then called someone above him!!!! And still no help after being their for over an hour. Not only did I lose out on my tv I lost out on 540.00. I decided to call Walmart and see if I can still receive help I had called 17 before getting a answer. When the young man answered he said "yea". It caught me off gaurd but I proceed to ask him for a manager. He then responds " let me get you to a customer person".I ask him but who am I speaking to no I dialed the right number for the deptHe tells me " a person who answered the phone duhh" and hung up in my face !!!! I'm so upset !!!!!!!!!! Because that tv was for my childrens rooms Down below are screen shots of the calls I've made to them and my receipt !!

When you think of the Walmart in Valley stream, one word comes to mind....hellish. I swear every time you come here no matter what time of day would day of the week what time of day, it is purest form of chaos. You might be able to find some really unique things that are only sold in Walmart stores, but it is truly a is truly a gamble. Stock is whereveryou can find it, somply becausecstaff cannot keep up with the constant shifting of merchandise by customers. The customers....These folks move around worse than tourist on 42nd street and block you at every turn. Most are terribly rude, and will try to cut you in line. God knows parking is a full on battle sport, two errant carts hit my car, but surprisingly a lady resvued them as i was able to secure a spot in the last row. Today, it was so crazy I felt like I was having a panic attack. Thank God I made it out. Shop at your own risk.

If anyone cares, this is mostly a bike review of a Mongoose excursion from Walmart.I barely ever go to Walmart for anything but I couldn't help it when it came to their bicycle prices. My son is growing out of his old 16" huffy bike. He was probably overdue for a new bike too. I checked various stores (Dicks's, target, spin city cycle, spokesman) and had him test ride some. Their bikes were much pricier, $400 and up for a decent bike. After checking out Walmart's site for bikes, I YouTube some of their mongoose bikes and it was mostly positive. The Walmart reviews on mongoose weren't so good so I had to take a look at these bikes in person and inspect it myself.I checked out the mongoose excursion 24". They have a girl's version in stock too, plenty of both btw. I was originally looking for the mongoose brawler bmx bike but I couldn't find it even though the site said it was in stock. The excursion was my second choice. It's a mountain bike, 21 speeds, disc brakes, and front shocks. $198 in store for the built one, online they had a different color that's in a box for $138 w/ free shipping.I took my time with this bike around the store. I rode it up and down the aisles, it felt pretty sturdy and durable. I inspected all the excursions on the racks and picked the one that I felt was built better than the rest. Some bikes had very loose brake levers, scratches on the frame and seat post, missing reflectors. I used one of the tire pumps off the shelf to inflate the mongoose and took a stroll, bounced it around a bit to test its shocks and it worked and felt perfectly fine for a budget mountain bike. I lubricated the chain when I got home and took it for another spin around our neighborhood and it's a solid bike. So for those who question if the mongoose excursion bike is durable? It held up just fine during my test. The checkout process was so slow. There's tons of registers and self checkout but everyone is so slow over here. I also picked up and1 shoes for my son. He runs through shoes so fast. Fits comfortably and affordable. I saw Shaq's shoes but they only came in white.*March 3, 2022 Update*The bike is holding up well. I've read many negative reviews and seen some negative YouTube reviews but so far so good. It shifts fine, no issues with the chain after lubing it up. The tires hold up well on a easy going trail. The shocks are fine for a child, no problems yet. The one thing I don't like about this bike are the disc brakes. The stopping power isn't as good as I hoped it to be especially when riding downhill. Not really worth upgrading on a kid's bike, maybe a few tweaks can resolve this issue. The rear reflectors easily loosen up even after tightening and start touching up against the spokes. I added a bottle cage to the frame, it looks and works great. I also upgraded the pedals to alloy. The pedals it came with were really crummy. After 2 rides on a trail, it looked quite worn out already and my son's feet kept slipping on it. The kickstand doesn't suddenly come down on small jumps. So far, we've been pretty satisfied. My son is 6 years old, fairly tall for his age. I definitely recommend this bike for taller children, 24 inch wheels, they'll get the hang of it real quick after a few rides.
