A week before prom and my boyfriend didn't have a suit yet. After many awkward Men's warehouse visits and wandering macy's we became anxious. We walked in just browse. Until we were pleasantly surprised by the amazing service from Oliver. He instantly understood my boyfriend's vision and led us to an incredible tuxedo (on the first try) that was well within our budget and suited my boyfriend perfectly. He was quickly sized and measured, then after 20 minutes
he walked out purchasing that same tuxedo. We are so grateful for Oliver's help and enthusiasm. The only tailoring needed was pants length. Can't wait to pick up on Friday. Thank you so much Oliver!!!!

Selection of suits very basic . Single colored suits with the black collared. Standard tux suits you can get at any suit shop but marked up. Besides horrible selection. This 1 star review is mainly because of thr racist manager . I asked for help; planning on buying 3 suits and asked a simple question about what was available m overheard manager saying a ruse remark about Asians. You just lost a customer . Ended up buying 3 suitable from portabella .

Hemmed pants way to high , pants waist is 44 the jacket was also too big 44 length. Measured and confirmed length by staff my is size 36 waist and jacket 37 length was told it’ll be ready by Monday before my interview now I’m stuck with dress clothes I can’t fit spending over $200

I walk into Raphael for the first time I was looking for a suit so I can attend a funeral of my father passing and a gentleman name Oliver who introduce himself to me and he was very kind I didn't know my size or what kind of suit but he was very helpful he made me felt welcome he was really professional and patient with me overall I had a great shopping experience in Raphael

My son got his graduation suit here and it was a pleasure to have someone guide him and advice him on his alterations. Suits are expensive but are great quality and great customer service.

The first time I patronized this establishment was June of 2000, Mr Oliver assisted me in my items for a graduation. The service was of such a high level that 22 years later after countless events , weddings ,parties, graduations and just wanting to look my best for dates this place has NEVER LET ME DOWN.. Now all these years later I'm going back in a day or 2 for something else. I will not speak on anyone else's experience ( however....) I'm just speaking for me as someone who enjoys shopping this place is and always has been superb quality!!

Went here years back and now needed another suit So i went cause why not. I choose my suits and they were Alberto Cardinali. They were like 659 each so i was like thats steep imo. So I tell them I can't pay that much and that I appreciate their time which I did. So the lady at the counter was not very nice I was like Why you mad. Then she started saying that you walked in like a big shot and stuff I'm like I said at the start that I have other options too and that I am looking around but she was too hard headed and started acting with alot of attitude. Then i search their suits up and i see them on Mensusa.com for $85 a piece. Lmaoo. But the old guy who works there is such a cool and funny guy and was great the whole time. So this place is trash cause the lady who runs the spot is to hard headed and full of her self.

Very cool Store especially if you're into alligator shoes lol. But it has beautiful suits ties belts etc... I want to give a personal shout out to the salesman Oliver who did a fantastic job making my experience amazing
