Horrible experience!!!! If I could give them no stars I would. Let's first start with the place is not clean at all always full of hair never cleaned between pets. I also took my Pomeranian there for a Teddy Bear cut and bath and her fur was butchered. She was never given a bath and she was shaved down into her undercoat but the hair on her head was never touched. They never gave her a sanitary shave and left a tuff of hair there and when I complained to the manager her never apologized and seemed to want to out talk me and then said " We can't put the hair back".... Please don't take your pets there unless you just want them shaved down if you want them cut according to their breed that is not the place they have absolutely no idea about cuts which is simple to learn just Google and learn your craft!!!!

Banfield and Petsmart as a whole does not cater to pregnant women. I asked both employees for a restroom and they denied having one. I am 7 and a half months pregnant. I do not recommend. if I can give them zero stars I would

first and not my last time here. very understanding grooming team that did everything in their power to make my dogs experience pleasant and easy. don't remember my groomers name but thank you! (military Tuesday discounts are good too...lol)

If you go for fish you must be patient and wait until someone is available. I feel like you wait and when they help you they go as if they don't have time. Like they don't want you to buy.
