I was finally able to get my natural hair cut and shaped up the way I wanted as a female by a female. I have been going to barbers who insisted on cutting my hair like a man’s. Marcia gave me a great cut and great advice on other options for my hair that I may be interested in. My husband and family members really liked my new hair cut. I even recommended my mother. Thank you Marcia for my fabulous cut!

I went to MBY Empire for my routine laser procedure and lock care. The laser service was performed in a private and well sanitized area and the proper procedures followed. I received quality customer service as always. I am very satisfied with my lock care from Merida and my laser service from Marcia. Both ladies are very professional and an expert in their field. Always willing to answer any questions or concerns and do their best to meet the need of their customer. I’ll continue to be a regular that’s for sure.

Marcia is the best, consistently fix my at home stying! Always leave refreshed and fabulous. The massage of the scalp during washing is awesome. She truly treats your hair for growth and length.

I went there yesterday for a wash, condition, trim, and silk press. My hair is natural and I'm very Leary of going to salons because I don't have time to spend all day in the salon. I arrived a little early for my appointment but I was seen right away. The salon is a warm and welcoming environment. The woman who washed and conditioned my hair was thorough and gentle . She did an excellent job and was very attentive. The owner pressed, trimmed and styled my hair.. she knows her stuff!! She Asked for my input before she started cutting ( I loved that). The end result was my hair looking healthier and way better than it looked when I walked in. I will definitely be going back. Too bad I didn't have a before picture.

Very business like comfortable atmosphere. Best hair washing ever thorough and gets to every folical. My locks needed repair as they were thinning out but the skills of MBY have brought them back stronger than ever. Definitely best salon experience for dreads and other hair styles. Definitely A++service without the abundance of side talk and aimless banter!!

Ronnet was absolutely patient with my 6.9 year old and the ridiculous amount of hair she has. She didn't cry and beg to leave and that's a big deal. All the ladies were wonderful. There was no wait, it wasn't crowd, was well kept and we will be back. I can't tell you how happy we are.

Good friend of mine went here and had a great experience. Nice website, professional hair stylists, and she even got to meet the owner. She's been struggling to find a good salon in Nassau/Suffolk. Hopefully this is the one. Definitely give it a try!
