Parts department is non responsive. I left 3 voicemails before I called Wantagh Mazda and they answered right away, ordered my part, and gave me great customer service. When I shop for my next Mazda, it will be with Wantagh Mazda instead.

Pleasure experience at Mazda of Valley Stream. Cesar Reinoso was the best. Made my daughter and my car buying process a comfortable experience. This was my second time purchasing a Mazda from this same dealership and my experience was beyond amazing ! Kevin the manager does the best he can to accommodate what you need . The service at this place is always great . All of the staff there are very nice . Whenever i have my car serviced there i am always satisfied . If you’re going to get a Mazda get it from this dealership ! You will leave happy !

Because you are doing to lie and lure customers
I filled out an application to take a lease mazda cx5 premium. They started calling me and offering me to come. I replied that I saw this car at Brooklyn Mazda. And asked for a price.for a lease mazda cx5 premium. They replied that it was zero in the pocket and $389 for 36 months. I asked if he could send confirmation, he responded with threats. Speaking on the phone we know where you live. I tried to find out and asked for the name of the person speaking. He said Oskar.
I called back and asked for Oskar, and they said that there was none. Then I asked the secretary if she knew who took my call. She replied with a completely different name. I asked him to answer the phone and by the voice it was the same person allegedly Oskar. but in fact his name is different. because I wanted to talk to the owners so that other clients would not be deceived.

Worse customer service provided at this location in the service department. The greeting on the answering service sounded very unenthusiastic. No one ever answers the phone no matter what time you call. My vehicle was dropped off to have something fixed. I had an appointment and was the very first customer there before the doors even opened up for the morning. What was a simple fix turned out not to be. Left my vehicle there 3 days, no one called to give an update, when. I called, but there was no answer, so I drove there and was told a part had to be ordered, which was covered under warranty. Np told the girl with the tattoos that I'll be taking my vehicle until the part came in since they had no ETA on the part (mind u, it's a brand new vehicle, when I was given back Mt vehicle, parts were broken and missing when I mentioned this to the d
Service manager, she told me they'd fix everything back the way it was after the warranty part was swapped out. 2 weeks later, there is still no follow-up, and no one answers the phone. I would not recommend this location, nor would I come here again after they replace what they broke and fix it the way it was when I initially brought it there. I am going elsewhere to have the warranty part swapped out. These ppl lack in customer service. They're only nice to you when you're making the purchase.
