I do my groceries at this Keyood quite often , the staff is very friendly and provide great customer service, it is very clean and organized , the only negative thing i can honestly say is they are very expensive when you compare with all the other supermarkets in the area .

This supermarket's workers are Hispanic and they have it well prepared, clean, there is parking, lots of merchandise, lottery food, what I didn't see were many specials, which is what customers want, the rest is good.

I'm not sure what it is but, every time I walk in this supermarket there's this manager he has long hair he I believe he's name is Frank. This man has an attitude with the customers all the time and he's very rude and we have to constantly reinforce him it's not what you say it's how you say it to people and that's how you will get a reaction out of people in a negative way. I am not sure why we have to go through that at a local supermarket. Management skills start from you and everyone else under you follows through. I believe for him to keep that job he has to get more training and management skills or something!!!! that may help him increase his skills of having a better attitude with the customers that comes to the local supermarket. Especially when you know and see individuals in this market on a regular. One many people have ongoing situation with the same manager that is a problem because the value of your business will go down not up the views will go down not up if this one manager is diminishing your company I don't understand why hold on to someone that does not take their job seriously. My slogan is - you choose the job the job don't choose you. If he does not like his job he should move on to something better or something that he likes to do because this is not it when it comes to people he is really not a people's person. He works around people everyday and have different personality everyday so the attitude should never on a unprofessional level because again your the manager you should be professional at all times no matter the situation.
