Joni has done it again. This sweet angel helped us purchase our first home in 2020 and now 4 years later Joni has helped us sell it remotely while we are on the other side of the country without us having to fly out to New York. A smooth, fast remote closing.. Could not have asked for a better agent and friend guiding us through this process. Thank you a million times AGAIN.

To work with Joni is to work with a true professional. From the moment we contacted her, (based off her google reviews) it was the best experience I could’ve ever imagined. Not only did she have the patients of Job, she was. professional with every situation that my family encountered, she answered questions was well versed and offered several solutions for a problem. The best part was Joni made herself available, despite having other clients and a family without uttering a word. I appreciate that immensely. That experience alone made me feel like a vip client . Particularly this was amazing for me because this she handled our family house, while I live 11 hours away, therefore I only got to physically meet her at closing! Joni was courteous, and beyond knowledgeable. Joni had a person for every situation which eased a lot of stress off my family, making the selling process Super easy. So much so the house sold less than a month and I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. I trust her and I thank her for taking such good care of me and my family.

Joni handled the sale of my mother’s home in Valley Stream. She was really dedicated, compassionate and a great communicator all features that are so important in selling a home. She undertook many showings and also handled emergency repair issues that came up. She had great rapport with prospective buyers. I highly recommend her.

Joni made my experience in house hunting a smooth sailing process. Not only did she find properties that meet our basic requirements but also went above and beyond taking a multitude of factors into account to find our perfect home for my family. She took the time to get to know my wife and I and what would benefit us apart from the basic surface level needs. House buying, known to be a dreadful time, was made simple and I looked forward to each house as I knew Joni would be patient and reassure me whether or not the house was a good fit or not.
