I ordered a stand, paid with debit. Was told it would be ready by a specific date. No call. I waited a day, and the I called. I called and left messages over a span of 4 days and not one was returned. I went into the store on the 5th day, and was then told that the item was never shipped, and that they will refund me. However, I explained while I understand the situation, it was not right that they did not return any of my several phone calls let alone that they did not inform me themselves. I asked the young lady behind the desk what would have happened if I didn't come into the store myself? She says that well, on Monday (I came In on a Wednesday) that they learned they weren't getting the item and that their phones were not working. I expressed that on Monday I should've been notified. She said "oh well." The audacity was beyond disrespectful. Clearly, at that point it's borderline theft! And purely a dishonest practice. You don't tell a customer "oh well." When they give you money, and you "ghost" them for over a week. Corrupt business. Never going back.

My husband I searched for a company to build for us a very large, square dining room table. James and James offers custom made furniture made of the most beautiful wood I could have ever imagined. We had a choice of beautiful stains, types of legs or pedestal to support the table, and we had a choice of chairs. We were told how long it would take and we received our stunning dining room set in the precise time frame predicted. We are so thrilled with the finished product!!!

If you buy anything from James you will get cheated James don't send you the brand he displays on the floor when you buy pay your money James go through the other books and look for the look a like because it cheaper and his profile margins is bigger so that's why when the furniture gets to your house it's look cheap and it's garbage for example you will buy something from Coaster and he will send you something from Glory furniture you will buy something from ASHLEY and you will get something cheap

Ordered a custom dining table after seeing an instagram ad ? I was nervous, but wow I didn’t need to be. They gave me some advice about stain color which turned out to be the perfect fit. The table showed up exactly the predicted amount of time later that they estimated, incredibly smooth professional delivery, and the table itself is spectacular. The craftsmanship is impressive, and I am so thrilled.

The two pieces of furniture I ordered are absolutely beautiful. All of the staff I have interacted with have all been very friendly, helpful, and they reply back quickly. I’m so happy with the furniture.

Please don’t buy furniture from this shop they promise you to delivery brand new but they deliver the display or the open box please beware from them they are thief. Owner is very rudely

I have been going to this establishment for almost 5 years. Up until about 3 weeks ago I trusted the integrity and professionalism of the business....WELP.....not anymore.I went in to purchase bedroom furniture around 11/17/21. I was told in 3 days it would be delivered. On day I was told 5 more days.Then 30 mins after that call, someone called and asked if I would be home within the next 45 minutes. Once it was delivered I realized they had delivered the store model.. without even so much as a conversation. I called the very next day to complain and was told under no circumstances would they ever sell a customer a store model without their consent.So I physically went into the store the next day, and what do you know there was an empty space where the floor model piece just was a few days prior. Not only was I now paying FULL price for a USED item; I called, complained, called with no return phone call. Finally 2 weeks later, James says he would return $50 and provide us with the missing brackets needed to hang the shelves in the unit. So we have a used, scratched, partially functional item. Week 3, I called James to remind him that I was still waiting. He casually says " oh God I forgot all about you".Customer Service Rule 1-100.... DON'T EVER MAKE THE CUSTOMER FEEL NEGLECTED OR UNIMPORTANT. I go in 2 days after that very offensive call, and he dumps the brackets wrapped in saran wrap into my hand. No hello, apologies, NOTHING. So, I will never shop there, and will not recommend them to anyone. They are dishonest, and do not value my money or my time.

I bought a sofa set and i got a damaged sofa sets ! Both of sofa ‘s bottom was ripped and big tucks in the back . The owner of the store Mr James didn't bother to talk over the phone . They. Gave whatsapp number to text and talk . I was texting since day one and they were telling me I will get another deliver of exchange . Now its been 6 months and the owner called as i left the message that i will report to police .Finally owner called and said We will have to pay to fix the furniture !I will never recommend this store .They play with customers .Willing to share pictures and conversation !

DON'T EVER MAKE THE CUSTOMER FEEL NEGLECTED OR UNIMPORTANT. Week 4, after that very offensive call, he says to come in and upon my arrival, dumps the brackets wrapped in saran wrap into my hand. No hello, apologies, NOTHING. So, I will never shop there, and will not recommend them to anyone. They are dishonest, and do not value my money or my time.

This is terrible place to buy furniture their installers are also so irresponsible. Whatever furniture they sent to my house also damaged and broken and their installers scratched my new floor while installing they had blankets but they did not use. Now when we call them nobody listens. Check your furniture when they install in your home. Also they sent me used dining table and now they making excuses to return that. Be careful with them they talk very sweet when u buying after that they don’t care.

I have bought furniture in the past as well, the older bald guy working there is very rude!!! I waited for my turn while he kept on taking customers who walked in after me. When I asked him why he wasn’t helping me, he replied saying I don’t want to help you have a good day!!! Very bad customer service!!!!!
