This is such a great dealership. I visited this location on the week of my birthday in hopes of purchasing my very first car. The process went smoothly as soon as I fell in love with my Honda! Everyone at this location is so nice. I specifically worked with Jamal and Jose. They were both so patient and professional. They made the process of purchasing my first car so easy! I am so glad I decided to visit Honda of Valley Stream. I would definitely recommend everyone to stop by! Thank You!

Just left. Was there for 30 maybe 40 mins and was walking around looking at crv’s and nobody offered assistance. And it wasn’t even busy, they were either hanging in the display vehicles or at their desk on their phone. Ya just lost a sale ??

We truly appreciate Chris and Josh from Honda of Valley Stream. We purchased a pre-owned HR-V 2021, been first time car owners, they made this process so effortless. Their customer service is 100%, and provides prompt assistance everytime. From time to time there is a follow-up email from Chris checking in if we need assistance with anything, which shows he genuinely concerns for our experience and feedback. I would definitely recommend this dealer for vehicle.

I am so grateful for my purchase at Honda of Valley Stream. After car shopping for a while and encountering a lot of let downs at other dealerships, I stumbled upon Honda of Valley Stream. Aniah Harrison was very pleasant, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Aniah made this process easy and seamless. I will recommend this dealership to all of my friends and family. I already recommended a colleague because my experience was above exceptional. The customer service was a thousand percent here! 10/10

I’ve been a Honda client for more than 10 years and always had a good experience. Yesterday I leased a new Honda with Nataly from Valley Stream Honda. My family and I had an exceptional experience at Honda of Valley Stream. Jun and Ilana worked seamlessly together to ensure a smooth transition with a personal touch. Jun was incredibly prompt and responsive, especially when my dad had a hard time deciding which car to buy. He was also patient and attentive, catering to our specific needs. Ilana, on the other hand, provided tremendous assistance with our insurance needs. Her efforts were outstanding, and we truly appreciate her dedication.

The Honda team was wonderful. Thank you to Kevin Kim for helping my mom buy her first car. She is in her sixties now, and she was very well-informed and guided with Kevin’s patient demeanor. Actually, Kevin has been helping us for over seven years through several leased cars. Typically, I would feel skeptical of car dealers due to past experience of shopping for my own car. I have been leasing from Honda Valley Stream since 2019. This is my 3rd car. My go to person is Jessica Waters! She is AMAZING! MAGICAL EVEN....She knows what she is doing and is good at it. She helps me pick out the best cars for me and my family and I am forever grateful for her. I was referred to her by my sister's colleague at work and I am so glad I can trust her to get the car I need. She has made my experience with Honda very pleasurable.

My husband had a good experience with DJ when he traded in his Honda Civic. It was lengthy but DJ was attentive and no one felt pressured to have to make the deal. However, his manager on duty, Charley M, was by far one of the most misogynistic individuals I have ever met in the 21st century. My husband asked me to inquire about a possible trade in for my car that has a year left to be fully paid off. However, when coming to address the potential issue with my possible trade in, not only did he disregard my presence, while the car is in my name and I pay it, but continued to only address my husband as though he was doing me a favor trying to get a car for me. The manner he attempted to make me feel as though I was not there and a man had to be the one doing this transaction was essentially degrading and unnecessary. I was “she this and she that” for a solid two minutes as if I did not exist before I decided to stop his ignorance. As this post is already long, “she” decided not to pursue any further inquiry for a car. Charley M, in his position should probably get retrained on how to be courteous to all parties no matter the sex or appearance of either party.
