Customer service department sucks. Rude and disrespectful. How you get an attitude with the customer for then asking for some help. The girl with the bling and black braids needs to be put in the back of the store and not in the front representing your brand.

First, the parking lot looked like something after an apocalypse. Garbage everywhere, guys walking around the parking lot asking for work looking like zombies. Then you go inside, very hard finding someone who works there to help. I put a large order in only to be told on the day of delivery that my order will be delayed by 30 days!!! ? So there goes a bug chunk of profit from my job. It was like pulling teeth getting an answer to why. They couldn't give me an answer so I asked for the direct number to the manufacturer, they wouldn't give itvto me. Unreal. So I googled the company and got the direct number myself. At least they gave me an explanation. All in all by far the worst Home Depot out of dozens that I have been to.

This is by far the worst HomeDepot in the whole NY! Their audacity, disrespect and unprofessional goes beyond anything I've ever experienced anywhere else. I mean, for once, you could never find anyone on the floor to help. If you're lucky and after walking 3 miles around the store, you do come across someone, it would very likely turn to be not their department and therefore cannot help. As far as online order is concerned, God forbid you request Curbside! Please don't waste your time. You could wait outside for hours, I can guarantee you are going to end up having to go inside to pick up your own items. I mean, the level of laziness here is superior. Higher ups should come by and put a stop to whomever thinks is managing the store. Whoever that my be it's certainly not qualified to do the job. Maybe there's a solution to this home depot with a little supervision, but by far, location is the only reason why anyone is more or less forced to come here. It is infuriating to have to deal with such incompetence and lack of training.

The Jamaican person responsible for aisle 8 and 9 was very rude when we approached for assistance. He refused to provide us with his name. The Supervisor, Randy brushed it off and said he was frustrated due to the amount of customers he needed to service.The service is horrible.

Wish I could give ZERO stars. Staff don’t care, won’t help you, and can’t be bothered. They don’t make commission and are quick to share that to explain their lack of interest. They look miserable. Lowe’s should treat them better / pay more. I went across the street to PC Richard’s and spent $8k. Better service.

Very poor and disrespectful customer service I went to buy vacuum at Home depot in Valley Stream. I waited for 20 mins in the appliances area but there was no one to help me out. A guy was sitting at the desk in appliances area, I told him that if there is any one to help me out to buy a vacuum cleaner. He was a very rude person.He told me that this is not his department. You can go to the register and ask them for someone to help you. He also told me, "don't come here to ask me to call appliances guy". I went to the cashier and asked to please call the manager. He came and I told him everything. He was such a nasty Manger, instead of understanding the situation and providing good customer service, he told me to put your voice down. They have the worst customer servic. I already told the manager that I am no longer a loyal home depot customer. They wasted my 45 mins and didn't provide me any help or service, instead they were really rude and disrespectful. I can rather go to best buy to buy my appliances. Really unhappy!!

My husband just got home from Home Depot. Two men tried to rob him in the parking lot. Home depot should have more security to protect their customers.

I just came from Home Depot and was very disappointed. There was an incredibly long line for the check out, the line was not moving. There were about 35 people waiting to pay. Don't you think with the holiday season under way that you might want to hire more help? You are alienating customers. How about hiring more cashiers? What I experienced today was a disgrace!

Does this store have a manager?If it does shameful building material look at this been waiting for sand over 1 hour no one on-site neither respond to continues pages I think this corporate is sinking
