“The seafood is fresh and they season everything extremely well. If you’re using EBT you can only purchase raw fish, steamed fish, vegetables or rice. If you want any fried food you will have to pay in cash. Also if you’re getting steamed food you have to pay $1 in cash. Just a heads up so you don’t go in there blindly. Otherwise I don’t have any complaints. Food was good and it wasn’t too long of a wait.”
“A real gem in Bayside. I shop there once a week. Everything in the store is excellent! The homeamrde deli and hot food counter is often changing it's meals. The food is just so well made. The owner and the workers are all very kind. It may be small but makes up with the charm of a local place where you will see others from the neighborhood. Give it a try once and you will keep coming back.”

“Overall prices are a bit high but everything looks clean. They were busy when I visited there. A few sale items were decently priced like their blue cheese but for produce was expensive. The checkout was quick and employees were efficiently stocking shelves when I was there. They are closed on Saturdays and early Fridays. Good parking in the back. They carry vegetarian chopped liver which was interesting!”
“When I visit my friend in Valley Stream, I make it a point on stopping there. It is sort of Italian products centric, which I like. I can find items that my regular supermarket does not carry. Decent prices. Clean environment.”

“Mom wanted a fruit platter for her 90th birthday party. She wanted many berries and kiwis. We got them on a huge platter of beautifully crafted melons and pineapple and plum slices. The artistic arrangement and ripe sweet juicy fruits were amazing. Highly recommend.”

“I’m not sure about experiences with customer service that others are having but I’ve had a good experience here. They have a lot of produce and options, way more than the target here in Forest Hills.
They are on the more pricey side which is hard but I guess I can’t blame an organic store in NYC for pricing so high.”
