I asked for the font & size in the first photo & this is what we got in return. We didn’t want anything near this size, nor have I ever seen any human wearing such. Don’t come here for ANY stitching this place is insane & tried to say this is what we asked for and couldn’t get a return meanwhile we emailed him the exact photo. Thanks for a waste of 200$ on a dress shirt. Shame on them, this place is unprofessional and doesn’t belong in this neighborhood don’t give them business.

My nieces birthday present came late and Four Kings made time on a holiday (4th of July) to add her name to it. No to mention it was a holiday and a SUNDAY! They came in anyway. This is true customer service. This is what America is all about. Thank you again

I've supported this establishment numerous times. Whether it be an in store item or a custom design I requested. I've always been satisfied with their work, the turnaround time is sufficient the level of professionalism and customer service is top tier. And to top it off the prices are affordable. I've referred many people to them in the past and advise current and future readers of this post to go check them out as well.

I went there to have my garments embroidered, the first time I went I was given a price. The second time I went, the price went up. I went again today and the price went up again. There’s no professionalism at this place at all. If you’re looking to do long term business, this is not the place. Definitely a waste of time, gas and energy.It seems as though everyone isn’t on the same accord. I spoke to someone that solidified my prices and said he was the owner. The employee challenged the prices and said owner verified it. Today, a different owner came forward and disagreed with the prices I was given by the first “owner”. He then called this owner on the phone and denied that he gave me those prices. I have receipts from jobs I’ve done stating the prices that were given. It can’t possibly change for every order if the design is the same.By no means am I disparaging the business...I am just calling a spade a spade. You can’t take them seriously for long term, big brand business. Well at least from my last 3 experiences. ?♀️

The quality of their work and their customer service is some of the best I've ever experienced. I ordered a hoodie from them not too long ago. When it was completed, I couldn't pick it up on the agreed date because of work. The owner opted to personally deliver it to me. The hoodie came out better than expected, you can see that it was carefully and professionally made from the details of it. Summer is coming and I'm definitely will be making my rounds in store. They have a customer in me??

We needed satin bridesmaids’ robes embroidered and had no idea where to go. After a google search, we came across 4 Kong’s. Not only was it reasonable, but Darian was wonderful with suggesting color, etc. Even after ordering the robes, not sure of the man’s name, but he called to review design color etc. It was apparent their goal was perfection & it was absolutely achieved! I’ll be back!! Thank you
